Minut, VivaSulut.Com – Guna Optimalisasi penggunaan Dana Desa (DD) Tahun 2021, pemerintah Desa Paniki Baru Kecamatan Talawaan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Minut) menyalurkan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) bagi Lansia, Ibu Hamil, Ibu Menyusui, Anak usia 0-23 bulan dan anak usia 2-6 thn.

Bertempat di Balai Desa Paniki Baru, Selasa (28/9/2021), Hukum Tua Desa Paniki Baru Lenda Sandra Mokalu menyerahkan Langsung makanan tambahan ini kepada warganya.

” Pemberian Makanan Tambahan ini menjadi salah satu upaya pemerintan mencegah Stunting. Makanan tambahan ini akan sangat membantu tumbuh kembang anak, Ibu yang sementara menjalani masa kehamilan. PMT yang berfokus pada zat gizi makro maupun zat gizi mikro bagi balita dan ibu hamil dan sangat diperlukan dalam rangka pencegahan Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) dan balita stunting.  bahkan juga peningkatan kesehatan bagi para Lansia atau yang sudah masuk Usia Lanjut,” Ucap Mokalu.
