Ini Strategi PLN dalam Tunjang Kelistrikan di Sulawesi Tengah

Manado, VivaSulut.com – PLN Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Sulawesi Utara, Tengah, dan Gorontalo (Suluttenggo) mengungkapkan sejumlah trategi yang digunakan dalam menunjang kelistrikan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.

Hal itu disampaikan General Manager PLN Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Sulawesi Utara, Tengah, dan Gorontalo (Suluttenggo), Atmoko Basuki ketika melaksanakan pertemuan bersama Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah, H. Rusdy Mastura yang digelar di Gedung Kantor Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah (16/08).

Kondisi sistem kelistrikan di Sulawesi Tengah sendiri yang dipasok dari sistem kelistrikan Sulselrabar berada dalam keadaan andal. Beban puncak pemakaian listrik di Sulawesi Tengah mencapai 203,52 MW. Tambahan keandalan pada pasokan listrik dilakukan dengan beroperasinya Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Palu 3 dengan kapasitas 2×50 MW. Selain itu, Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin Gas (PLTMG) Luwuk dengan kapasitas 40 MW juga sedang dalam tahap uji coba dan akan beroperasi dalam waktu dekat.

“PLN terus mengoptimalkan berbagai skema peningkatan keandalan listrik di Sulawesi Tengah. Dengan tambahan dua pembangkit ini, Sulawesi Tengah akan berada dalam posisi surplus daya listrik,” ujar Atmoko.

Dari sisi pembangunan jaringan listrik, proyek transmisi dari Tentena – Kolonedale – Bungku juga sedang dalam tahap konstruksi. Ditambah dengan pembangunan Gardu Induk (GI) Bungku, keandalan sistem kelistrikan Sulawesi Tengah akan semakin meningkat.

Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah menyambut baik upaya yang dilakukan oleh PLN. berharap sinergi yang telah terjalin dengan sangat baik antara Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan PLN dapat dipertahankan dan terus ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan disegala sektor, baik rumah tangga dan industri.

“Kami sangat mengapresiasi perencanaan yang matang dan eksekusi nyata dari PLN dalam menyediakan suplai listrik yang andal di wilayah Sulawesi Tengah. Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah siap memberikan dukungan penuh kepada PLN dalam percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur kelistrikan yang ada. Hal ini sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan investasi yang pesat dapat terus berlanjut tanpa hambatan dari sisi kelistrikan,” ujar Rusdy.

Dengan sinergi yang baik antara Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan PLN, diharapkan infrastruktur kelistrikan di wilayah ini akan terus berkembang, mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, serta mendorong investasi yang lebih besar di masa mendatang.

Sementara itu, Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah, H. Rusdy Mastura memberikan apresiasi tinggi atas kinerja dan perencanaan matang yang dilakukan oleh PLN dalam menyikapi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan investasi yang cepat di wilayah Sulawesi Tengah.

Pertemuan tersebut dihadiri oleh jajaran kedua belah pihak dan membahas perencanaan serta kesiapan infrastruktur kelistrikan di Sulawesi Tengah, khususnya dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan investasi yang terus meningkat.

Rusdy berterima kasih kepada PLN karena sudah merespon dengan baik atas perkembangan perekonomian di Sulawesi Tengah.

“Apa yang PLN buat saat ini sudah baik. Sulawesi Tengah memiliki banyak potensi investasi serta potensi energi terbarukan untuk menunjang itu,” ungkap Rusdy.

Tercatat pertumbuhan ekonomi Sulawesi Tengah pada tahun 2024 mencapai 11,91%, menjadikannya yang tertinggi kedua secara nasional. Selain itu, realisasi investasi di Sulawesi Tengah tercatat sebesar 111,64 triliun rupiah, menjadikannya yang terbesar keempat secara nasional. Capaian ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya kesiapan infrastruktur, terutama dalam hal kelistrikan, untuk menunjang pertumbuhan yang pesat ini.

Pengembangan PLN tidak hanya terjadi dari sisi keandalan listrik namun juga mencakup pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Hal ini dapat ditemukan pada aplikasi PLN Mobile yang merupakan layanan one stop service segala kebutuhan kelistrikan. Aplikasi PLN Mobile sendiri dapat diunduh langsung dari App Store dan Play Store.
