Hadiri RDP, Puluhan ASN Bitung Ditengarai Tak Kantongi Izin Pimpinan

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Puluhan ASN Pemkot Bitung ditengarai tak mengontongi izin saat ikut hadir di Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) terkait Aksi Damai ASN Bitung Menuntut Hak, Kamis (20/6/2024).

RDP itu diadakan di Ruang Paripurna DPRD yang dipimpin Ketua Komisi II DPRD Kota Bitung menghadirkan beberapa anggota DPRD, Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bitung, Rudy Theno dan sejumlah pejabat serta ASN yang tergabung dalam Solidaritas ASN Bitung Menuntut Hak.

Dalam RDP itu, tampak tiga koordinator aksi yakni Jorry Lomboan, Noldy Kalengkongan dan Ferry Kamasi serta puluhan ASN yang ikut ambil bagian dalam aksi beberapa waktu lalu.

Tiga koordinator aksi duduk skelompok dengan beberapa pejabat Pemkot yang terudang, sedangkan puluhan ASN duduk di tribun menyaksikan sepanjang RDP kendati masih di jam kerja.

Informasi yang didapat dari Sekretariat DPRD, puluhan ASN yang duduk di tribun tidak masuk dalam undangan atau yang terundang hanya koordinator aksi, beberapa pejabat dan Sekretaris Daerah.

“Setahu kami, undangan RDP hanya ke koordinator aksi, peserta aksi tidak diundang karena masih jam kerja,” kata salah satu staf di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bitung.

Rudy sendiri menegaskan jika dirinya bersama beberapa kepala perangkat daerah yang hadir sesuai surat tugas dari Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri.

“Kami hadir sesuai pengugasan dari pimpinan yakni Pak Wali Kota untuk mengikuti RDP,” kata Rudy.

Terkait puluhan ASN yang ikut hadir, kata Rudy, ia mengaku tidak tahu menahu apakah ada izin dari pimpinan di tiap perangkat daerah.

Kalau itu (ASN,red) kami tidak tahu apakah sudah ada izin atau tidak. Saya akan cek ke tiap perangkat daerah karena ini masih jam pelayanan, katanya.
