Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Camat Matuari, Amelia Ngantung mengaku kaget saat didatangi sejumlah ASN yang mengatasnamakan Solidaritas ASN Bitung Menuntut Hak, Jumat (14/6/2024) lalu.

ASN itu menuduh Amelia telah melakukan intimidasi terhadap salah satu anggota mereka karena ikut melakukan Aksi Damai ASN Bitung Menuntut Hak di depan Kantor Wali Kota dan DPRD Kota Bitung, Kamis (13/6/2024) lalu.

Rupanya, salah satu staf Amelia, yakni ASN inisial RR yang baru ditegur karena sudah satu minggu tak masuk kantor, diam-diam ikut dalam aksi damai yang mengatasnamakan ASN Kota Bitung menuntut hak tunjangan.

“Saya baru tahu kalau RR ini juga ikut aksi seperti yang disampaikan para koordinator aksi,” kata Amelia, Senin (17/6/2024).

Amelia menjelaskan, RR bersama beberapa staf di Kantor Kecamatan Matuari ia tegur karena jarang terlihat di kegiatan-kegiatan pada saat apel Jumat pagi.

“Sebagai atasan, apa salahnya jika saya menegur staf. Apalagi jarang masuk kantor sedangkan kegiatan akhir-akhir ini banyak termasuk persiapan lomba kelurahan,” jelasnya.

Namun rupanya, teguran Amelia itu ke sejumlah stafnya dianggap berkaitan dengan aksi demo yang digelar sebelumnya. Bahkan salah satu stafnya, yakni RR langsung mengadu ke koordinator aksi jika dirinya mendapat intimidasi karena ikut aksi.

“Sudah satu minggu saya mencari dia (RR,red) dan kebetulan Jumat pagi dia muncul, makanya langsung saya tegur,” katanya.

Teguran itu, kata Amelia, tidak ada kaitannya RR mengukuti aksi, karena ia sendiri tidak tahu menahu kalau stafnya itu ikut hadir bahkan jadi bagian dari Solidaritas ASN Bitung Menuntut Hak.

Harusnya, RR lanjut Amelia, sadar bahwa sebagai ASN yang ditempatkan di Kecamatan rajin masuk kantor karena berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat. Bukan hanya datang mengisi absen lalu menghilang tidak tahu kemana, sedangkan masih banyak program yang harus dijalankan selain melayani masyarakat.

“Saya sampai ke perwakilan Solidaritas ASN Bitung Menuntut Hak, jika RR saya tegur karena jarang masuk kantor. Tidak ada kaitannya dengan aksi apalagi melakukan intimidasi.
