Ratusan PPPK Bitung Terima SK, Wali Kota Ingatkan Tagaline Kerja dengan Cinta

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri menyerahkan secara simbolis Surat Keputusan (SK) menyampaikan Pegawai Pemerintah Dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) 2023, Selasa (28/5/2024).

Penyerahan SK itu digelar di Ruang Rapat Lantai IV Kantor Wali Kota didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bitung, Rudy Theno dan Kepala BKPSDM Kota Bitung, Forsman Dandel.

Terdapat 207 tenaga PPPK yang menerima SK, terdiri dari Jabatan Fungsional Guru sebanyak 62 orang, Jabatan Fungsional Tenaga Kesehatan sebanyak 99 orang dan Jabatan Fungsional Teknis sebanyak 47 orang.

Wali Kota menyampaikan, dalam bekerja harus mengubah cara berpikir dan bertindak, serta mengingatkan tagline “bekerja dengan cinta jauhkan kebencian”.

“Tagline ini harus menjadi pedoman kita dalam melayani masyarakat. Ingat, kita semua adalah pelayanan sehingga harus mengedepankan rasa cinta kepada pekerjaan dan masyarakat,” kata Maurits.

Maurits juga menyampaikan soal salah satu nilai penting dalam ideologi Pancasila adalah gotong royong dan saat ini Pemerintah Kota Bitung dalam cara bekerjanya adalah berdasarkan gotong royong atau yang sering dibahasakan Kerja Malendong.

“Kemampuan kita terbatas untuk menjangkau memberikan layanan prima kepada masyarakat, sehingga perlunya yang namanya Kerja Malendong agar semua masyarakat dapat dijangkau,” katanya.
