Ada Layanan Weekend di BPN Bitung, Budi Tarigan: Bagian dari Peningkatan Pelayanan

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Bitung kembali melakukan inovasi untuk memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat.

Kali ini, BPN Kota Bitung meluncurkan program dengan nama Pelayanan Tanah Akhir Pekan (Pelataran) dengan tujuan tetap memberikan pelayanan di luar hari kerja, yakni Sabtu.

Layanan weekend ini, kata Kepala Kantor BPN Kota Bitung, Budi Tarigan untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat yang bekerja dan sibuk di hari kerja.

“Ini bagian dari peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat Kota Bitung,” kata Budi, Kamis (16/5/2024).

Terkait program Pelataran ini, jelas Budi, Kantor BPN Kota Bitung membuka pelayanan setiap Sabtu mulai pukul 9.00 Wita hingga 14.00 Wita.

Loket pelayanan, kata dia, dibuka untuk penerimaan permohonan layanan dan penyerahan produk layanan yang diajukan oleh pemilik tanah secara langsung tanpa melalui kuasa.

“Tapi tidak semua jenis pelayanan disiapkan, hanya beberapa layanan saja,” katanya.

Adapun jenis layanan program Pelataran, yakni layanan pertanahan yang belum tersedia secara elektronik dan layar pengecekan secara elektronik yang diajukan langsung ke Kantor Pertanahan.

Juga, validasi/plotting sertipikat serta Informasi dan pengaduan masyarakat.

“Untuk berkas yang telah diterima lengkap maka diterbitkan Surat Tanda Teri (STTD) yang dilanjutkan dengan penerbitan Surat Perintah Setor (SPS) sesuai prosedur dalam penerimaan permohonan,” jelasnya.

Terhadap layanan pengukuran, dapat diterbitkan Surat Tugas Pengukuran kepada petugas ukur serta penyelesaian layanan pertanahan dilaksanakan pada hari kerja termasuk pengesahan/ penandatanganan produk layanan.

“Kami berharap dengan program Pelataran ini, pemilik tanah dapat mengurus sendiri tanahnya tanpa harus menggunakan perantara/ kuasa, sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan akan lebih murah serta kepastian keamanan dokumen,” katanya.
