Hengky Honandar Bicara Keberhasil Program KB di PT MNS Bitung

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Wakil Wali Kota Bitung, Hengky Honandar membuka Pelayanan Keluarga Berencana (KB) Serentak dalam rangka Hari Buruh Internasional dan Hari Keluarga Nasional ke-31, Rabu (15/5/2024).

Kegiatan itu digelar di PT Multi Nabati Sulawesi (MNS) Kota Bitung dihadiri perwakilan PT MNS, Togar Johanes dan Sekretaris Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kota Bitung, Yori Kalangi.

Wakil Wali Kota menyampaikan, keberhasilan program KB sangat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk dunia usaha.

“Peran serta perusahaan dalam menyediakan akses dan informasi tentang KB bagi karyawan menunjukkan komitmen kita untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pekerja,” kata Hengky.

Langkah itu, kata Hengky, tidak hanya berdampak positif bagi kesejahteraan pekerja tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan.

“Kami juga ingin mengapresiasi kerjasama antara pemerintah, Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo) dan seluruh pihak terkait dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini,” katanya.

“Kolaborasi yang baik seperti inilah yang akan membawa kita kepada kemajuan dan kesejahteraan bersama. Mari kita terus perkuat sinergi ini demi masa depan yang lebih baik bagi seluruh pekerja dan keluarganya,” sambungnya.

Sebagai Pemerintah Kota serta dalam kapasitas sebagai ketua Aspindo Kota Bitung, Hengky mengajak seluruh pengusaha di Kota Bitung untuk terus mendukung program-program kesejahteraan pekerja termasuk pelayanan KB.

Hadir juga dalam kegiatan itu perwakilan Kepala BKKBN Provinsi Sulut, Alfrida Bayang, perwakilan Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulut, Denny Mewengkang serta Karyawan dan Staf PT MNS.
