1.Lapor ke BRTI Kominfo

Laporkan kasus penipuan online ke Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informasi (Kominfo) lewat Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia (BRTI)  dengan cara: Buka browser di smartphone kemudian buka situs https://layanan.kominfo.go.id/ lalu pilih menu aduan BRTI. Lanjutkan dengan mengisi data pelapor dan pilih menu Pengaduan pada kolom Pengaduan atau Informasi. Isi aduan dan klik menu Mulai Chat untuk terhubung dengan petugas, pastikan kamu sudah menyediakan bukti seperti foto atau hasil tangkapan layar. Setelah itu kamu akan mendapatkan tiket laporan dan petugas meminta jasa penyedia telekomunikasi untuk menindak lanjuti laporan.

  1. Lapor ke Lapor.go.id

Laporkan kasus penipuan online ke Staf Presiden dan Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi (Kemenpanrb) melalui Lapor.go.id dengan cara: Buka situs lapor.go.id di browser, pilih menu pengaduan. Kemudian tuliskan  judul dan isi laporan termasuk tanggal, lokasi jangan lupa untuk mencantumkan nama instansi yang dituju. Setelah itu, pilih kategori Tindak Pidana pada menu Situasi Khusus kemudian upload laporan dan klik tombol Lapor di situs. Selanjutkan pihak Lapor.go.id akan merespon aduan atau laporan tersebut.

  1. Lapor ke Cekrekening.id

Kominfo juga menyediakan layanan bernama Cekrekening.id jika anda ingin melaporkan rekening pelaku penipuan online. Caranya dengan membuka situs cekrekening.id dan pilih menu Laporkan Rekening kemudian anda bisa memasukkan data berupa nama bank, rekening dan nama pemilik rekening. Klik menu Selanjutnya dan masukan data terlapor seperti nama lengkap, nomor telepon dan nomor rekening penipu lalu pilih kategori Penipuan Transaksi Online. Selanjutnya masukkan jumlah kerugian, media transaksi serta kronologi kejadian. Langka terakhir, upload bukti tangkapan laya percakapan dan bukti transfer lalu pilih menu Submit untuk memasukan laporan.

Sebagai catatan, jika terjadi penipuan online  berkaitan dengan rekening bank, segera melapor ke pihak bank kemudian ke kepolisian terdekat. (Laya Dewi)
