Peringkat 3 Terbaik FKRTL, RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis Optimalkan Program Antrean Online

Minut, VivaSulut.Com : Sistem Antrean Online jadi salah satu program RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat.

Sistem ini salah satunya untuk penerapan percepatan antrean pasien yang berobat di rawat jalan.

Peningkatan layanan di RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis juga seiring dengan suksesnya RSUD mencapai peringkat ketiga dalam Pemanfaatan Antrean Online Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan (FKRTL) dengan capaian 94,17%.

Sistem Antrean Online Pasien BPJS sangat mempermudah masyarakat dalam registrasi berobat ke Poliklinik RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis yang terintegrasi pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) berbasis digital.

” Ini selaras dengan visi Rumah Sakit dan visi Bapak Bupati Joune Ganda dan Wakil Bupati Kevin Lotulung, yang merupakan juga turunan dari Misi ke-4 Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Ini akan mempermudah akses pelayanan dan memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat yang berkiblat pada Transformasi Kesehatan dari Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia, yaitu Transformasi Layanan Rujukan dan Transformasi Teknologi Kesehatan.” Kata Direktur RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis, Dr. dr. Joice L. M. Katuuk, M.Kes.

Program ini juga meminimalisir antrian panjang secara manual, Pasien BPJS yang sudah mendaftar memakai aplikasi Mobile JKN akan langsung mendapatkan nomor antrean secara online yang akan didaftarkan dengan metode “check in” di area pendaftaran pasien.

” Pasien nantinya akan mendapat akan boarding pass untuk dibawa ke Poliklinik. Saat pasien di ruang Poliklinik, pasien akan dipanggil oleh sistem pemanggilan otomatis dalam bentuk viewer,” ungkap Katuuk.

” Dengan adanya capaian ini memacu kami untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanan dan mempertahankan predikat tersebut. Kamipun akan mengoptimalkan semua program layanan di RSUD sehingga masyarakat bisa merasakan apa yang bisa kami berikan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit,” pungkas Katuuk.
