Minut, VivaSulut.Com : Dukung Wakil Minut Di Ajang Putri OTDA, Bupati Minut Joune Ganda Hadiri Pembukaan Pra Karantina Pemilihan Putri Otonomi Indonesia dan Seleksi 15 Besar Finalis Putri Otonomi Indonesia (POI) Tahun 2023 yang berpusat di kantor APKASI dan Hotel Gran sahid jaya.

Kehadiran Bupati Minahasa Utara ini disambut Direktur eksekutif Apkasi Sarman Simanjorang, bersama Ketua bidang perempuan dan perlindungan ibu dan anak Apkasi, Anne Ratna Mustika yang juga Bupati Purwakarta.

Bupati Joune Ganda yang Juga Ketua Bidang Politik dan hukum Dewan Pengurus Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia (Apkasi) mengapresiasi serta mengatakan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara mendukung penuh pemilihan putri Otda Indonesia 2023.

“Karena itu minahasa utara mengutus Elisha G. Lumintang sebagai putri otonomi daerah Kabupaten minahasa utara 2023, menjadi salah satu Finalis putri otonomi indonesia 2023,” ujar Bupati.
