Minut Tuan Rumah W20, JGKWL Sukses Promosikan Destinasi Likupang Dan Gender

Minut, VivaSulut.Com : Gubernur Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) Olly Dondokambey membuka forum diskusi Woman Twenty (W20) Engagement Group Indonesia Presidency 2022 dan digelar secara hybrid.

Bertempat di Casabaio Paradise Likupang Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Minut), Selasa (15/2/2022), Ivent internasional ini menjadi perhatian Dunia.

Delegasi 20 negara ini yakni dari Afrika Selatan, Amerika Serikat , Arab Saudi, Argentina, Australia, Brasil, Britania RayaIndia, Indonesia, Italia, Jepang, JermanKanada, Korea Selatan, Meksiko, PrancisRusia, Tiongkok, Turki dan Uni Eropa.

Turut hadir juga organisasi perempuan seperti Kongres Wanita Indonesia (Kowani), Organisasi Wanita Satu Hati (OW Sahati) Sulut, serta pegiat Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM).

Gubernur Olly Dondokambey saat membuka kegiatan Internasional tersebut memastikan Provinsi Sulut sejak dulu, dengan kehadiran Pahlawan Nasional Maria Walanda Maramis telah memuliakan dan memperjuangkan peran perempuan.

” Kami mengapresiasi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di profinsi Sulut ini. kami sangat bersukacita bisa menjadi bagian dari W20 G20 yang membahas kesetaraan gender. Saya yakin setiap daerah dan negara melakukan hal yang sama terus memperjuangkan kesetaraan gender,” Ucap Dondokambey.

Sementara itu Chair Women20 Indonesia Hadriani Uli Silalahi mengatakan, W20 Presidensi Indonesia ingin mendorong para pemimpin negara-negara G20 membuka akses bagi kaum perempuan untuk dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam perekonomian.

” W20 Presidensi Indonesia menilai pentingnya memastikan tidak ada lagi perempuan yang termarjinalisasi dalam pemulihan pembangunan dan perlunya membuka akses setara dalam layanan kesehatan bagi perempuan,” Ungkapnya

Senada disampaikan Bupati Minut Joune Ganda SE. Pelaksanaan agenda G20 dan W20 diharapkan membuat Indonesia semakin dikenal karena keberagamannya, menarik kunjungan wisatawan dan juga Isu Gender.

” Side Ivent W20 memotivasi pemkab Minut untuk melakukan terobosan dalam 4 isu prioritas yang dibahas dalam presidensi ini hingga membuka kesempatan investasi yang didukung dengan program-program yang akan dibentuk selama presidensi, juga mencapai inklusi ekonomi dengan mendukung UMKM yang dimiliki dan dikelola oleh perempuan,” Sebut Ganda yang dalam Ivent 20 Tahun sekali tersebut di dampingi Wakil Bupati Kevin Lotulung, Ketua TP PKK Rizya Ganda Davega dan Wakil Ketua TP PKK Kristi Lotulung Arina.

Sementara itu keynote speaker dalam Working Group Discussion diantaranya Menteri Pemberdayaan dan Perlindungan Anak I Gusti Ayu Bintang Darmawati, Chair W20 Indonesia 2022 Hardiani Uli Tiur Silalahi, sekaligus Ketua Umum KOWANI (Kongres Wanita Indonesia), serta mendengarkan presentasi dari perwakilan delegasi anggota G20.
