Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Pengaruh alkohol yang ditenggak JM (35) bersama teman-temannya langsung sirna saat didatangi Tim Tarsius Presisi Polres Bitung, Jumat (10/11/2025).

Pemuda asal Bolaang Mongondow Timur ini langsung sadar dari pengaruh minuman keras (Miras) dan pasrah ketika diamankan Tim Tarsius di Kelurahan Manembo-nembo Tengah Kecamatan Matuari sekitar pukul 1.15 Wita.

“JM bersama teman-temannya dilaporkan membuat keributan dan laporan itu ditindaklanjuti Tim Tarsius,” kata Kasi Humas Polres Bitung, Iptu Abdul Natip Anggai.

Menurut Abdul, warga di kompleks itu melaporkan jika JM Cs sudah dalam pengaruh Miras dan membuat keributan.

“Tim melakukan penggeledahan satu per satu, termasuk jok motor yang digunakan,” katanya.

“JM dijerat dengan Pasal 2 ayat 1 Undang-undang Darurat Nomor: 12 Tahun 1951,” samnungnya.
