Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Kapolres Bitung, AKBP Albert Zai SIK memimpin Upacara Laporan Kenaikan Pangkat Anggota Polri Periode 1 Januari 2025 dan PNS Polri Periode 1 Oktober 2024 Polres Bitung, Selasa (31/12/2024).

Upacara digelar di lapangan Mako Polres dan ada 40 anggota dan PNS Polres Bitung naik pangkat satu tingkat.

Kemudian Bintara ada 19 Personil, yakni AIPDA ke AIPTU berdasarkan Keputusan Kapolda Sulut Nomor: Kep/654/XII/2024 tanggal 13 Desember 2024 sebanyak 5 personil, BRIPKA ke AIPDA berdasarkan Keputusan Kapolda Sulut Nomor: Kep/653/XII/2024 tanggal 13 Desember 2024 sebanyak 8 personil, BRIGPOL ke BRIPKA berdasarkan Keputusan Kapolda Sulut Nomor: Kep/652/XII/2024 tanggal 13 Desember 2024 sebanyak 4 personil dan BRIPTU ke BRIGPOL berdasarkan Keputusan Kapolda Sulut Nomor: Kep/651/XII/2024 tanggal 13 Desember 2024 sebanyak 2 personil.

Sedangkan PNS Polri, yakni Pengatur TK 1 ke Penda berdasarkan Keputusan Kapolri Nomor: Kep/1518/IX/2024 tanggal 3 September 2024 sebanyak 1 personil.

Kapolres dalam arahannya menjelaskan, kenaikan pangkat hakikatnya merupakan penghargaan yang diberikan negara atas prestasi serta dedikasi personel dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan baik dan profesional.

“Sehingga kenaikan pangkat ini suatu kebahagiaan yang harus disyukuri bersama,” kata Albert.

Dengan kenaikan pangkat, kata dia, harapannya kedepan agar personel lebih bijaksana dalam menjalankan tugas.

“Tuntunya kenaikan pangkat merupakan suatu tanggung jawab besar untuk bekerja lebih keras lagi demi melayani masyarakat Kota Bitung,” katanya.
