Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Surat Bawaslu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) Nomor: 003/Reg/LP/PW/Prov/25.00/XII/2024 tentang Pemberitahuan Tentang Status Laporan terhadap oknum ASN Pemkot Bitung inisial EHK bakal berbuntut panjang.

Pasalnya, surat yang ditandatangani Ketua Bawaslu Sulut, Ardiles Mewoh itu, dianggap EHK sebuah intimidasi terhadap dirinya serta tidak mendasar.

Keberatan EHK itu disampaikan lewat video setelah surat Bawaslu Sulut itu viral. Dalam video itu, EHK mengaku tidak menerima surat itu. Bahkan menurutnya, surat pertama yang dilayangkan Bawalu Sulut, ia mengaku sedang berada di Jakarta.

Ia juga mempertanyakan pelanggaran netralitas ASN yang dilaporkan terhadap dirinya.

Bahkan ASN yang menjadi motor aksi demo ini merasa seperti diintimidasi Bawaslu Sulut karena ia bukan tim sukses Paslon Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Bitung 2024 hingga tidak pernah ikut kampanye.

Ia mengancam akan ‘berkelahi’ dengan Bawaslu Provinsi Sulut di Polda Sulut hingga akan membuat laporan karena membuat surat keterangan palsu.

Padahal, dari jejak digital sudah sangat jelas, gamblang hingga terang-terangan EHK memperlihatkan keberadaannya di salah satu pasangan calon.

Dan itu terlihat jelas saat hari H pencoblosan 27 November, EHK merekam video dirinya bersama sejumlah ASN Pemkot Bitung sementara berada di rumah salah satu pasangan calon ikut melakukan penghitungan suara.

Menanggapi ancaman itu, Ketua Divisi Penanganan Pelanggatan dan Data Informasi Bawaslu Sulut, Zulkifli Densi, surat itu adalah Form A17 pemberitahuan status laporan.

Surat itu kata dia, adalah hasil penanganan pelanggaran berdasarkan laporan masyarakat, yang dilaporkan di Bawaslu Sulut. Kemudian dilakukan proses penanganan sesuai dengan peraturan perudang undangan.

“Kewenangan Bawaslu adalah merekomdasikan ke instansi terkait sesuai dengan hasil penanganan berdasarkan jenis pelanggaran. Selebihnya adalah kewenangan instansi terkait,” kata Zulkifli, Jumat (13/12/2024).

Menanggapi video ancaman EHK, Zulkifli menyatakan tidak ada intimidasi dalam penanganan laporan EHK. Semua, kata dia, sudah sesuai prosedur.

“Untuk langkah hukum itu merupakan hak setiap warga negara,” katanya.
