Diawali dengan Ibadah, KMP Tude Kembali Beroperasi Layani Masyarakat Lembeh

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Perumda Bangun Bitung kembali mengoperasikan KMP Tude setelah usai melakukan serangkaian perbaikan dan melengkapi administrasi pelayaran.

KMP Tude melayani rute penyeberangan pelabuhan Bitung-Lembeh dan kembali beroperasi setelah dilakukan ibadah singkat di atas kapal oleh sejumlah crue, Sabtu (26/10/2024).

Plh Direktur Teknik Perumda Bangun Bitung, Dheven Pesak mengatakan, selama beberapa bulan pihaknya melakukan berbagai upaya, terutama dalam menyelesaikan syarat administrasi KMP Tude, sesuai ketentuan yang ada, serta melakukan perbaikan di kapal.

“Puji syukur, KMP Tude kembali bisa beroperasi. Memang ada sejumlah dokumen yang harus kami selesaikan sebagai syarat untuk beroperasinya KMP Tude ini. Selain itu, juga ada perbaikan dibeberapa bagian kapal, pasca masuk dok beberapa waktu lalu,” kata Dheven.

Ditambahkanya, dengan beroperasinya KMP Tude ini, maka pelayanan penyeberangan Bitung-Lembeh akan kembali normal.

“Terima kasih atas dukungan semua pihak kepada kami selalu pengelola KMP Tude, terutama Walikota Bitung, Ir Maurits Mantiri selaku Kuasa Pemegang Modal (KPM) Perumda Bangun Bitung yang terus memberikan perhatian,” katanya.

Kabag Transportasi Perumda Bangun Bitung, Miracle Robot, mengakui ada beberapa hal yang harus diselesaikan oleh pihak Perumda Bangun Bitung, sehingga operasional KMP Tude sempat terhenti.

“Dengan selesainya sejumlah dokumen serta perbaikan dikapal, maka sekarang KMP Tude sudah layak jalan dan siap beroperasi,” kata Miracle didampingi Sekretaris Dewan Pengawas, Vicky Sangkaeng dan anggota Dewan Pengawas, Hezky Goni.
