Panwascam Matuari Diduga Terafiliasi Paslon, Iten Kojongian: Kami Akan Proses

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Indikasi ketidaknetralan oknum Panitia Pengawas Kecamatan (Panwascam) Matuari muncul di media sosial.

Salah satu akun facebook, Ece Lapian menyiarkan aktivitas kampanye salah satu pasangan calon (Paslon), Jumat (4/10/2024).

Pengguna akun ini ditengarai adalah isteri salah satu Panwascam Matuari inisial JR. Dan informasinya, JR ikut juga hadir dalam kampanye itu serta duduk bersama tim kampanye Paslon.

Isteri JR diduga adalah salah satu tim pendukung Paslon yang ia siarkan melalui akun facebooknya.

Koordinator Divisi Penangan Pelanggaran dan Penyelesaian Sengketa (P3S) Bawaslu Kota Bitung, Iten Kojongian mengaku telah mendapat informasi soal akun facebook milik isteri salah satu Panwascam Matuari yang menyiarkan kampanye salah satu Paslon.

Menurutnya, Bawaslu Kota Bitung tidak akan membiarkan ada jajarannya melakukan pelanggaran kode etik.

“Kami akan proses dan inforamsi itu sudah kami tahu,” kata Iten.

Iten juga menyampaikan, setiap penyelenggara Pemilu, baik KPU maupun Bawaslu dan jajarannya wajib untuk mendeklarasikan secara terbuka apabila memiliki hubungan keluarga atau sanak saudara dengan calon peserta Pilkada atau tim kampanye Paslon.

“Sesuai ketentuan norma di dalam kode etik penyelenggara Pemilu, apabila seorang anggota penyelenggara Pemilu tidak melakukan kewajiban tersebut, DKPP dapat memrosesnya berdasarkan pengaduan dari masyarakat dan bila terbukti kepada yang bersangkutan dapat dikenakan sanksi,” jelasnya.
