Keluhan Taksi Ruko-Lembeh dan Bantuan Nelayan Disuarakan Warga di Kampanye Gerladi – Erwin

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Ajang kampanye pasangan calon (Paslon) wali kota dan wakil wali kota nomor urut 1, Geraldi Mantiri-Erwin Wurangian dijadikan warga sebagai wadah menyampaikan aspirasi.

Seperti saat Geraldi-Erwin menggelar kampanye blusukan di Kelurahan Papusungan Kecamatan Lembeh Selatan, Jumat (27/9/2024) siang.

Warga yang dijumpai begitu antusias menyampaikan aspirasi dengan harapan diteruskan ke pihak berwenang dan jika terpilih nanti bisa menjadi perhatian pemerintahan Geraldi-Erwin.

Masalah penertiban jalur angkutan penumpang untuk perahu taksi Ruko Pateten-Lembeh dan sebaliknya salah satu aspirasi menarik yang disampaikan salah satu warga di Kampis Kelurahan Papusungan.

Menurut Jeksen warga Kampis, pembagian jalur angkutan penumpang masing-masing perahu taksi tidak sama. Ia mengaku sekarang cuma dapat satu kali jalur, sedangkan perahu yang lain lebih dari itu.

“Ini karena pengawasan dari Dinas Perhubungan minim dan kami mohon ini diteruskan ke mereka,” kata Jeksen.

Jeksen juga mengatakan, petugas Dinas Perhubungan setiap hari ada di lokasi tapi hanya sebatas menarik restribusi tanpa mau mengatur atau mengawasi jalur perahu taksi.

“Mohon ini dibenahi kedepannya dan Dinas Perhubungan bisa segera melakukan pengawasan,” katanya.

Warga lainnya, Achmad Sumaida menyampaikan soal penyaluran bantuan untuk nelayan tidak merata. Achmad mengaku selama ini belum pernah mendapatkan bantuan nelayan yakni perahu dan alat tangkap.

Padahal kata dia, Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan hanya sebatas melakukan pendataan tapi bantuan belum pernah diterima.

“Kami berharap Pak Geraldi-Erwin bisa memperjuangkan bantuan nelayan agar merata dan betul-betul tepat sasaran,” katanya.

Selain itu, warga juga menyuarakan talud pantai Papusungan sudah mulai rusak dan berharap segera diperbaiki karena jika dibiarkan akan mengancam pemukiman.

Aspirasi warga Kampis itu ditanggapi Geraldi-Erwin secara bergantian. Menurut Geraldi, semua yang disampaikan warga sudah dicatat dan akan diteruskan ke Pemkot Bitung melalui instansi terkait.

Geraldi mengapresiasi antusias warga memanfaatkan moment kapanye sebagai wadah menyampaikan aspirasi.

“Inilah gunanya kampanye blusukan karena bisa mendengar langsung keluhan masyarakat dan membantu menyampaikan ke pihak terkait,” kata Geraldi.

Erwin menanggapi soal jalur taksi perahu Ruko Pateten-Lembeh. Ia menyatakan akan menyampaikan ke fraksi DPRD Bitung pengusung Geraldi-Ewin di Pilkada untuk memanggil rapat Dinas Perhubungan dan membahas soal penertiban jalur.

“Tujuannya supaya Dinas Perhubungan bisa meningkatkan pengawasan dan menertibkan jalur perahu taksi,” kata Erwin.

Terkait bantuan nelayan, Erwin berjanji akan meneruskan ke instansi terkait sambil meminta warga penerima bantuan bisa memanfaatkan bantuan sebaik-baiknya jika nantinya sudah diterima.

“Soal talud yang rusak, kami akan meneruskan ke Dinas PUPR siapa tahu anggarannya bisa disisip di APBD Perbuhan,” katanya.
