PLN UID Suluttenggo Bawa Semangat Kemerdekaan Akses Listrik di Seluruh Pelosok

Desa Peana memiliki letak geografis yang menantang, cuaca yang tidak menentu, dan lokasi yang rawan longsor, namun tidak menyurutkan tekad insan PLN untuk membawa terang bagi masyarakat.

Palu, VivaSulut.xom – PLN Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Sulawesi Utara, Tengah, dan Gorontalo (Suluttenggo) melalui Unit Pelaksana Proyek Ketenagalistrikan (UP2K) Sulawesi Tengah, bekerja sama dengan Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Donggala, berhasil mengalirkan listrik ke Desa Peana, Kecamatan Pipikoro, Kabupaten Sigi.

Pencapaian ini merupakan bukti nyata dari komitmen PLN untuk terus memperluas akses listrik hingga ke pelosok desa di seluruh Indonesia, meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang tidak mudah.

Pembangunan jaringan listrik di Desa Peana memiliki tantangan tersendiri, mengingat medan geografis yang sulit, cuaca yang tidak menentu, dan lokasi yang rawan longsor.

Namun, dengan dedikasi tinggi dan kerja keras seluruh tim, tantangan-tantangan tersebut berhasil diatasi.

General Manager PLN UID Suluttenggo, Atmoko Basuki, menyampaikan bahwa sudah menjadi mandat bagi PLN untuk memberikan suplai listrik secara merata di seluruh penjuru negeri, termasuk di desa-desa terpencil.

“PLN selalu berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan listrik masyarakat hingga ke pelosok desa. Keberhasilan ini adalah bukti nyata dari komitmen kami untuk terus menerangi seluruh negeri, termasuk di daerah yang sulit dijangkau seperti Desa Peana,” tutur Atmoko.

Jaringan listrik yang dibangun di Desa Peana mencakup jaringan tegangan menengah (JTM) sepanjang 32,9 kilometer sirkuit (kms), jaringan tegangan rendah (JTR) sepanjang 1,2 kilometer sirkuit (kms), serta gardu dengan kapasitas 250 kVA.

Infrastruktur ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik sekitar 130 calon pelanggan di desa tersebut.

Sebelum dilakukan proses energize, tim PLN melakukan serangkaian pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap jaringan untuk memastikan semua komponen berfungsi dengan baik, termasuk pengecekan tegangan keluaran trafo, fasa, beban trafo, dan aspek teknis lainnya.

“Proses energize ini adalah pencapaian penting bagi masyarakat Desa Peana yang selama ini belum menikmati akses listrik yang memadai. Kami berharap dengan adanya jaringan listrik ini, kehidupan masyarakat desa akan semakin terbantu dan berbagai kegiatan produktif dapat berjalan lebih optimal,” ujar Atmoko.

Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Rahmatan, Manajer PLN UP2K Sulawesi Tengah, juga menyatakan bahwa seluruh insan PLN akan terus bekerja optimal, terutama dalam menyambut semangat peringatan kemerdekaan ke-79 tahun ini.

“PLN berkomitmen untuk terus menghadirkan energi listrik hingga ke pelosok negeri. Kami akan terus berupaya mendukung pemerataan pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk di daerah-daerah terpencil seperti Desa Peana,” kata Rahmatan.

Dengan beroperasinya jaringan listrik ini, PLN berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pembangunan desa, membantu masyarakat untuk lebih maju dan berkembang, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas hidup dan perekonomian lokal.
