Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Bitung akan menerapkan surat tanah atau sertipikat elektronik.
Penerapan sertipikat elektronik ini adalah program Implementasi Kantor Pertanahan Elektronik berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor: 3 Tahun 2023 tentang Penerbitan Dokumen Elektronik dalam Kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah sebagai langkah awal Kementerian untuk menerapkan Transformasi Digital Pelayanan Pertanahan.
Rencana ini diawali dengan sosialisasi yang dipimpin Kepala BPN Kota Bitung, Budi Tarigan dihadiri Notaris, Camat, Lurah dan perwakilan TNI/Polri di Kantor BPN, Rabu (31/7/2024).
Budi menjelaskan beberapa manfaat penerapan Sertipikat Elektronik, diantaranya memperbaiki kualitas informasi pertanahan, memperkuat keamanan sertipikat hak atas tanah, menghemat ruang pernyimpanan arsip, buku tanah dan surat ukur.
“Mulai berlaku 2 Agustus 2024. Nantinya sertipikat elektronik akan terintegrasi dengan aplikasi SentuhTanahku yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian ATR/BPN, yang memiliki fungsi layanan pertanahan dalam kategori Pertanahan, Layanan dan Informasi. Akun ini juga akan terintegrasi dengan NIK dan sertipikat elektronik,” jelas Budi
Selain itu, kata dia, implementasi Sertipikat Elektronik juga membatasi ruang gerak mafia tanah dan upaya pemalsuan sertifikat.
Serta masyarakat tidak perlu bingung saat sertifikat hilang atau rusak. Saat sertifikat sudah alih media menjadi elektronik, maka data dalam sertifikat itu sudah tersimpan di dalam data base yang bisa dicetak sewaktu-waktu saat dibutuhkan.
“Misalnya terjadi kebakaran, kehilangan, itu dengan sertifikat elektronik data sudah ada di Kantor Pertanahan. Kehilangan, dan orang lain tidak menjadi masalah,” katanya.
Budi juga memaparkan, bagaimana mendapatkan sertifikat tanah elektronik, yakni masyarakat bisa mendaftar dan mengurusnya di Kantor BPN Kota Bitung . Kemudian, data akan diunggah di Aplikasi SentuhTanahku. Lalu, masyarakat akan diberi satu lembar bukti sertifikat tanah elektronik.
Pada lembar itu tersemat barcode yang bisa langsung masuk di Aplikasi SentuhTanahku. Meski kini sudah mengarah pada digitalisasi, namun bukan berarti sertifikat tanah fisik yang dimiliki masyarakat saat ini tidak berlaku.
“Dirubah itu karena ada proses alih media atau proses pemeliharaan data. Misalanya untuk jual beli, waris, dan lain-lain, akan kita terbitkan sertifikat elektronik,” katanya.
