PLN Suluttenggo Berhasil Normalkan Suplai Listrik di Pulau Bunaken

Manado, VivaSulut.com – PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Sulawesi Utara, Tengah, dan Gorontalo (UID Suluttenggo) melalui PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Manado dengan bangga mengumumkan bahwa suplai listrik di Pulau Bunaken berhasil dinormalkan kembali.

Upaya pemulihan listrik dilakukan setelah adanya gangguan yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan bagi masyarakat setempat.

Pada (8/7/2024) pukul 21.25 WITA, tim gabungan yang terdiri dari petugas PLN UP3 Manado dan Sub Holding PLN Nusa Daya berhasil menormalkan suplai listrik di Bunaken.

Tim teknis telah bekerja tanpa kenal lelah dengan menurunkan tim perbaikan mesin pembangkit yang terganggu dan merelokasi dua mesin temporer dengan kapasitas masing-masing 100 kilowatt (kW) ke Pulau Bunaken.

Mesin-mesin ini mampu memenuhi kebutuhan listrik masyarakat selama proses perbaikan berlangsung.

Saat ini, sistem kelistrikan Pulau Bunaken memiliki daya mampu 340 kW dengan beban puncak 287 kW, sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan listrik masyarakat dengan andal.

General Manager PLN UID Suluttenggo, Eko Prihandana, menyampaikan permintaan maafnya atas gangguan yang terjadi dan menyatakan komitmen PLN dalam memberikan layanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.

“Kami meminta maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi akibat gangguan suplai listrik di Pulau Bunaken. Kami telah melakukan berbagai upaya pemulihan dengan cepat dan tepat agar suplai listrik kembali normal,” ujar Eko Prihandana.

Ia pun menyampaikan bahwa PLN berkomitmen penuh dalam penyediaan listrik yang andal untuk menunjang aktivitas masyarakat.

“PLN berkomitmen untuk selalu menyediakan suplai listrik yang andal guna menunjang aktivitas masyarakat. Untuk itu, kami berterima kasih atas dukungan masyarakat Pulau Bunaken kepada PLN sehingga tim kami dapat bekerja optimal dalam menormalkan gangguan yang terjadi,” kata Eko menambahkan.

Manuel Domits sebagai Ketua Lingkungan Tiga Kelurahan Bunaken mewakili Pemerintah yang ada di Pulau Bunaken pun mengucapkan rasa terima kasih dan syukurnya atas gerak cepat tim PLN dalam merespon gangguan listrik di Pulau Bunaken.

“Terima kasih yang sangat besar atas progres yang sangat cepat dalam menanggapi respon masalah kami dan semoga dengan proses ini dapat memberikan dan menyelesaikan masalah kendala listrik yang ada di Pulau bunaken,” tutur Manuel.

Prasetyo pun sebagai perwakilan mahasiswa Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM) yang juga sedang menjalankan praktek Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Pulau Bunaken menyampaikan apresiasinya atas respon cepat yang dlakukan oleh PLN.

“Terima kasih atas respon yang sangat cepat dari pihak PLN dalam menanggapi isu ini, semoga dengan proses ini dapat memberikan dan menyelesaikan masalah kendala listrik yang ada di Pulau Bunaken,” ucap Prasetyo.

Senada dengan Eko, Manager PLN UP3 Manado Mulke Tumanken, juga menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya berupaya penuh agar penyediaan suplai listrik bagi masyarakat dapat terus terjaga.

“Kami sangat menghargai kesabaran masyarakat selama proses pemulihan berlangsung. PLN terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan demi kenyamanan dan kebutuhan listrik masyarakat Bunaken. Kami berkomitmen untuk menjaga keandalan suplai listrik di wilayah ini,” tutur Mulke.

PLN pun tidak henti-hentinya menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi PLN Mobile sebagai solusi kebutuhan listrik.
