Manado, VivaSulut.com – PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Sulawesi Utara, Tengah, dan Gorontalo (UID Suluttenggo), melalui Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Manado bergerak cepat dalam menangani gangguan kelistrikan di Pulau Gangga, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dengan melakukan perbaikan mesin pembangkit listrik yang mengalami gangguan.

Gangguan yang bersumber dari komponen mesin Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel (PLTD) ini menyebabkan suplai listrik sebesar 86 kilowatt (kW) kepada pelanggan PLN di Pulau Gangga menjadi terganggu.

Tim khusus Recovery PLN bersama Sub Holding PLN Nusa Daya pun segera diturunkan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan pada komponen yang terganggu.

Proses perbaikan dimulai sejak Selasa (2/6/2024) dengan melakukan penggantian pada beberapa material yang diperlukan.

Manager PLN UP3 Manado, Mulke Tumanken mengungkapkan bahwa proses perbaikan ini melibatkan, penggantian komponen mesin yang rusak, kalibrasi ulang sistem kontrol dan pengawasan, uji coba dan pengujian menyeluruh untuk memastikan mesin berfungsi dengan optimal.

“Pada hari ini kami berfokus pada pekerjaan penggantian material sambil menunggu datangnya material pengganti baru, maka agar mesin dapat beroperasi untuk sementara, dilakukan peminjaman material dari PLTD Talise dan PLTD Mantehage,” ungkap Mulke, Selasa (8/7/2024).

Dirinya pun menambahkan bahwa kondisi ini memaksa PLN harus mengatur kembali sistem distribusi listrik yang ada di Pulau Gangga sambil mengejar percepatan proses penormalan.

“Untuk sistem kelistrikan di Pulau Gangga sendiri, saat ini dengan daya mampu 32 kilowatt (kW), beban puncak 118 kW. Hal ini tentunya menjadi perhatian kami untuk segera menyelesaikan pekerjaan perbaikan mesin pembangkit tersebut, agar kondisi kelistrikan kembali normal,” tutup Mulke.

Namun, ia pun menyampaikan saat ini proses perbaikan sudah hampir rampung dan suplai listrik di Pulau Gangga diproyeksikan akan normal kembali dalam minggu berjalan.

“Kami berkomitmen penuh bersama PLN Nusa Daya untuk segera menormalkan kembali suplai listrik di Pulau Gangga. Jika tidak ada hambatan berarti proses finalisasi penormalan sistem kelistrikan sudah dimulai hari ini (8/7/2024),” tutup Mulke.

Masyarakat dapat melaporkan potensi gangguan kelistrikan melalui Aplikasi PLN Mobile yang dapat diunduh melalui Playstore atau Appstore.

Selain itu, untuk mengakses layanan kelistrikan lainnya seperti pasang baru, tambah daya, pembelian token listrik dapat juga melalui Aplikasi ini, dengan PLN Mobile, semua makin mudah.
