Balai Bahasa Provinsi Sulut Kembali Latih 63 Lembaga Terkait Pengendalian Bahasa

Kepala Balai Bahasa Provinsi Sulut, Januar Pribadi membuka kegiatan Pengendalian Bahasa Terhadap Lembaga Pengguna Bahasa di Ruang Publik, Jumat (28/6/2024).

Manado, VivaSulut.com – Balai Bahasa Provinsi Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) kembali merangkul 63 lembaga lewat kegiatan Pengendalian Bahasa Terhadap Lembaga Pengguna Bahasa di Ruang Publik, Jumat (28/6/2024).

Ke-63 lembaga yang dilibatkan terdiri dari unsur institusi pendidikan, instansi vertikal dan horizontal, perusahaan pers, unsur advokat dan konsultan hukum, dan organisasi masyarakat.

“Lewat kegiatan Pengendalian Bahasa Terhadap Lembaga Pengguna Bahasa di Ruang Publik, kami berharap agar lembaga-lembaga yang terlibat dapat terus mengutamakan Bahasa Indonesia dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, serta dalam lingkungan kerja,” ujar Kepala Balai Bahasa Provinsi Sulut, Januar Pribadi, ketika membuka kegiatan.

Peserta kegiatan Pengendalian Bahasa Terhadap Lembaga Pengguna Bahasa di Ruang Publik, Jumat (28/6/2024).

 

Lanjut Januar, saat ini masih banyak instansi pemerintah yang keliru dalam penulisan surat atau belum menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang tepat.

“Baik instansi pemerintah dan dari swasta, kami dapati penulisan surat masih banyak yang salah,” kata Januar.
Ia berharap nantinya penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia dapat lebih diutamakan dibanding bahasa daerah maupun bahasa asing.

“Ini adalah kegiatan lanjutan dari kegiatan sebelumnya, dengan tujuan agar para peserta dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam lingkungan kerja masing-masing,” tutup Januar.

Dalam kegiatan ini, para peserta dibagi dalam tiga kelompok dipimpin tiga narasumber yaitu Anas Yuliadi Nurdin, Akhmad Zulkarnain, dan Dhanar Widyanto dari Balai Bahasa Provinsi Sulut.
