Warga Perumahan Agape Griya Teriak Masalah Air, Berbulan-bulan Tak Ada Solusi

Perumahan Agape Griya di Desa Tumaluntung.

Minut, VivaSulut.com – Manajemen Perumahan Agape Griya di Desa Tumaluntung, Kecamatan Kauditan, Minahasa Utara dipertanyakan.

Telah berbulan-bulan warga perumahan terus mengeluhkan masalah air bersih yang sering mati sehingga mengganggu aktifitas.

Puncaknya, air sama sekali tidak mengalir sejak 3 Mei 2024 hingga kinj.

Berbagai upaya ditempuh masyarakat untuk mempertanyakan masalah air bersih ini, namun tak kunjung dapat jawaban pasti dari pihak pengembang.

Alhasil, warga pun ramai-ramai ‘teriak’ di media sosial, minta agar Bupati Minut Joune Ganda boleh membantu.

“Sama siapa lagi kami harus mengadu kalo bukan pimpinan tertinggi di Minahasa Utara. Kami mohon pak Bupati secepatnya memberikan solusi kepada masyarakat yang tinggal di Perum Agape. Banyak masyarakat yang ingin bertemu dengan bapak untuk mengungkapkan curahan hati agar masyarakat tidak tersiksa lagi,” tulis Feri Ariyanto, warga Perumahan Agape Griya.

Sama halnya dengan Fery, warga lainnya, Berty Rumbayan ikut mengungkapkan sejumlah dugaan pungutan liar yang selama ini diambil pihak pengembang perumahan kepada masyarakat.

“Kepada Yth. Bapak BUPATI MINUT. Syalom, Dengan hormat, kami mohon di AUDIT standard pelayanan masyarakat di lingkungan perumahan Agape Griya Desa Tumaluntung (jaga 15, 16, 17 dan jaga 18), mengingat beberapa masalah yang terjadi berlarut larut dan belum ada penyelesaian konkrit,” tulisnya.

Selain sering kali mati, warga mengeluhkan harga jual air yang relatif mahal yaitu sebesar Rp11.800 per kubik.

“Sejak tanggal 3 Mei 2024 sampai saat ini sebagian besar lokasi mati air tanpa solusi. Katanya ada alat yang rusak dan harus pengadaan di luar daerah, tapi sudah hampir 3 minggu tidak selesai,” sambung Rumbayan.

Di sisi lain, Dirut PDAM Minut Roland Maringka, menyebutkan bahwa pengelolaan air bersih di Perumahan Agape Griya sepenuhnya masih dikendalikan pihak pengembang.

“Perumahan Agape bukan dalam pengelolaan PDAM Minut, namun karena air adalah kebutuhan dasar manusia maka kami akan berkoordinasi dengan instansi terkait di Pemkab Minut sebagaimana petunjuk Pak Bupati bahwa persoalan ini harus diselesaikan,” ujar Maringka kepada VivaSulut.com, Jumat (24/5/2024).

Roland Maringka menambahkan ia telah menghubungi Sekda Minut Novly Wowiling untuk membahas keluhan warga di Perumahan Agape Griya Desa Tumaluntung.

“Barusan saya kontak Pak Sekda dan Rabu (29/5/2024) depan kami akan rapat bersama dengan dinas terkait,” tambah Maringka.

Noldi Luntungan, owner Perumahan Agape Griya Desa Tumaluntung, ketika dikonfirmasi terkait masalah ini, belum memberi jawaban.

Sementara informasi yang dihimpun, hingga sekarang, Luntungan belum menyerahkan pengelolaan sarana pra sarana perumahan kepada Pemkab Minut, sesuai Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri 9 Tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman Penyerahan Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas Perumahan dan Permukiman di Daerah.

Informasi tersebut tidak dibantah Bupati Minut Joune Ganda.

“Status dikelola sendiri oleh Agape,” ujar Joune Ganda menjawab VivaSulut.com.

Namun begitu Bupati Joune memastikan tidak akan tinggal diam dengan masalah tersebut.

“Agape pe pompa rusak dan karena dorang kelola sendiri jadi dorang so order dan dalam perjalanan katanya. Tapi minggu depan pemkab akan panggil pihak Agape untuk mencari solusi ke depan,” tambah Bupati Joune Ganda.
