Khusus untuk Ranperda penyertaan modal ke Perumda, dari informasi, Pemkot bakal mensuplai dana sebesar Rp 20 miliar. Masing-masing Perumda menerima Rp10 miliar dan itu belum termasuk aset yang juga dituangkan dalam Ranperda sebagai bentuk penyertaan modal.

Rencana penyertaan modal ini menjadi perhatian, mengingat kedua Perumda itu dalam kondisi “sakit” dan semenjak berdiri, belum mampu menyumbang PAD untuk kas daerah.

Menanggapi rencana penyertaan modal itu, Sekretaris Daerah menyatakan belum ada angka pasti berapa dana yang akan diberikan Pemkot ke kedua Perumda itu.

Menurutnya, penyertaan modal ke Perumda Bangun Bitung dan Perumda Pasar masih dalam tahap perumusan.

“Ini akan dirumuskan Pemerintah Kota. Dan yang pastinya penyertaan modal kepada dua Perumda akan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi keuangan yang ada,” kata Rudy.

Karena masih dalam tahap perumusan, mantan Kepala Dinas PUPR Kota Bitung ini juga belum bisa memastikan berapa nominal penyertaan modal yang akan diberikan ke Perumda Bangun Bitung dan Perumda Pasar.

“Belum diputuskan berapa jumlahnya. Yang pasti berdasarkan kajian dan itu sementara kita lakukan,” katanya.

Sesuai petunjuk pimpinan, kata dia, pihaknya diminta untuk melakukan kajian mendalam serta mendengar masukan dari semua pihak terkait penyertaan modal ke Perumda.

“Jadi kalau ada yang bilang soal angka, itu hanya spekulasi karena kami masih sementara lakukan kajian. Semua harus dikaji, mengingat ini menyangkut anggaran dan kemampuan keuangan daerah,” katanya.
