Manado, VivaSulut.com – Direktur Distribusi PT PLN (Persero) Adi Priyanto mengunjungi Command Center distribusi kelistrikan Unit Induk Distribusi Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Tengah dan Gorontalo (UID Suluttenggo) di Manado, Rabu (17/4/2024).
Kunjungan tersebut sebagai bagian dari kontrol kualitas pelayanan dan peningkatan keandalan kelistrikan.
Pada kunjungan tersebut Adi Priyanto meninjau langsung kesiapan pelayanan listrik yang ada serta memberikan arahan strategis untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanan petugas PLN.
Adi Priyanto menyampaikan bahwa PLN tidak berhenti berbenah dan perlu mengoptimalkan skema pelayanan listrik yang ada sehingga keandalan listrik dapat terus terjaga.
“Kami tidak pernah berpikir untuk berhenti berkembang karena pelayanan bagi masyarakat menjadi hal yang utama. PLN akan terus bertransformasi untuk dapat menjawab kebutuhan listrik bersama layanan terbaik,” ujar Adi.
Selanjutnya Adi Priyanto didampingi General Manager PLN UID Suluttenggo Ari Dartomo juga turut meninjau kesiapan Petugas Pelayanan Teknik (Yantek) yang ada di PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Manado Selatan.
“Saya melihat sendiri bagaimana petugas yantek begitu bersemangat dalam melayani pelanggan PLN, namun tidak sampai di situ saja mereka pun betul-betul memperhatikan kesiapan pekerjaan yang ada dan tetap mengacu pada prinsip keselamatan kerja,” kata Adi.
Rangkaian peninjauan langsung Direktur Distribusi PT PLN (Persero) tidak berhenti di situ saja.
Adi Priyanto menyempatkan untuk meninjau lokasi Distribution Control Center yang ada di Kantor PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Manado dan kemudian meninjau kesiapan material kelistrikan di gudang PLN UP3 Manado.
“Hal ini perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap unit PLN siap dalam segala situasi baik yang bersifat rutin maupun emergency sehingga tidak ada gangguan yang berarti pada pelayanan bagi masyarakat,” ungkap Adi.
Saat ini terpantau kondisi kelistrikan di dua sistem kelistrikan besar yang menjadi daerah layanan PLN UID Suluttenggo dalam kondisi andal.
Sistem Kelistrikan SulutGo yang melayani dua provinsi meliputi Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo serta sistem kelistrikan Sulteng yang melayani Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
Daya mampu kelistrikan untuk Sistem SulutGo tercatat pada angka 564,23 Mega Watt (MW) dengan beban puncak pada angka 411,26 MW, sedangkan untuk Sistem Sulteng yang disuplai dari sistem kelistrikan besar Sulsel mencatatkan daya mampu dan beban puncak yang sama pada 175,17 MW.
“Hal ini tentu saja menjadi peluang besar bagi masyarakat, industri dan bisnis untuk dapat berinvestasi di 3 Provinsi layanan kami karena kecukupan energi listrik yang ada siap untuk melayani permintaan yang muncul,” ungkap Dartomo.
