Kisah Pilu Mantan Pekerja Scammer Asal Minut di Kamboja, Ditipu Kontrak Kerja Bodong, Pernah Nikmati Air Ledeng Berkaporit

Minut, VivaSulut.Com : Pengalaman Pahit menjadi pelajaran berharga bagi seorang Franco Pangerapan warga kauditan 1 kecamatan kauditan Minahasa Utara dan menjadi Pengalaman yang pasti takkan pernah dilupakan dan memunculkan niatnya untuk menjadi motivator bagi tenaga kerja asal indonesia agar lebih selektif saat memilih perusahaan penyedia tenaga kerja dan tidak tergiur dengan iming iming gaji besar.

Saat berbagi pengalaman kelam bersama awak media Jumat 15 september 2023 Franco masih bisa merasakan ketakutan kehilangan nyawa saat harus berjuang kembali ketanah air.

Dalam kisah yang dituturkan ayah beranak 1 ini, keinginannya berawal dari membiayai kehidupan keluarga kecilnya dan nekad menerima tawaran salah satu rekannya yang telah lebih dulu berada di Kamboja.

26 April 2023 Franco bersama 11 teman lainnya dari Sulut diberangkatkan ke Jakarta. Anehnya saat melakukan tahapan demi tahapan perekrutan tenaga kerja bersama dengan sejumlah rekan lainnya tidak mengalami kesulitan berarti. Hingga tiba pada keberangkatan ke kamboja minggu 30 april 2023 menurut Franco ada gate khusus atau jalur VIP tanpa ada pemeriksaan layaknya pejabat dan mereka lancar sampai tujuan.

” Setiba di Thailan ternyata kami bukan dipekerjakan disana tapi ke Kamboja,” Ungkap Franco.

Disana nyatanya franco harus menelan Pil pahit,  Ketakutan demi ketakutan dialaminya ketika Berbekal ingin mengubah nasib franco justru mengakui kontrak perjanjian kerja yang dia tandatangani saat masih di indonesia berbeda dengan kontrak yang harus dia jalankan di Kamboja.

Awalnya dijanjikan sebagai costumer servis di perusahaan e-commers, tetapi justru dikamboja dia bersama sejumlah tenaga kerja lainnya justru dijadikan sebagai aktor penipu jualan online hingga seperti investasi bodong (scammer).

“Aksi kerja kami, dalam 1 tim ada 5 orang. Setiap hari ditargetkan harus mendapat Rp35 juta. Target korban penipuan kami orang Indonesia, bahkan orang Sulut banyak. Pekerjaan ini membuat saya tidak nyaman dan merasa berdosa. Apalagi menipu orang Indonesia khususnya Sulut,” Sesal Franco.

Namun Franco terpaksa menjalani tugas disalah satu apartemen yang dijadikan Kantor oleh perusahan asing tersebut.

Digedung bertingkat 11 tersebut Franco berkewajiban merekrut korban korbannya lewat media sosial dengan di gaji 800 Dolar namun wajib dipotong 200 dolar untuk perusahaan dan juga sering dipotong lagi jika target perusahaan tempat dia bekerja tidak memenuhi target.

Bekerja dalam tekanan dan dihantui rasa berdosa karena franco menyadari pekerjaan ini sangatlah merugikan orang lain membuat Franco tidak betah dan was was karena segala gerak gerik mereka terus dipantau dan diawasi.

Menurut pengakuannya Handphone merekapun disadap sehingga dirinya belum memiliki keberanian untuk melakukan upaya upaya untuk bisa kembali ke tanah air.

Waktu terus berjalan Franco semakin yakin bahwa pekerjaannya tidaklah baik apalagi korban korbannya justru dari bangsanya sendiri bahkan ada yang dari sulawesi utara.

Aktivis Maria Taramen dan Franco Pangerapan (15/9)

Suatu saat kurang lebih dua minggu bekerja pada pertengahan Bulan Mei 2023, Franco memberanikan diri menghubungi Aktifis muda yang juga sangat Vokal dalam Membela hak hak masyarakat yakni Maria Taramen.

Franco bersyukur upayanya ini tidak terlacak karena saat itu perusahaan masih fokus pada perekrutan tenaga kerja lainnya sehingga emergensi yang dialaminya bisa sampai ke Maria dan maria langsung melakukan upaya untuk menghubungi pihak pihak berkompeten agar Franco bisa dipulangkan ke Tanah Air.

Membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama sekitar dua bulan lewat Maria Taramen dibantu Dir Intel Polda Sulut, Kasat Intel Polres Minut, oknum BIN, oknum BAIS, dan oknum Kopassus, Franco di jemput pihak kepolisian Kamboja dan Imigrasi untuk dibawah ke Kantor Polisi terdekat tetapi masih terus dikawal kepala security perusahaan.

Interogasipun dilakukan pihak kepolisian Kamboja dan Franco terpaksa berdusta mengantisipasi hal hal yang tidak diinginkan karena security  perusahaan masih bersamanya saat itu dan tetap memberikan keterangan bahwa dirinya dipanggil untuk pulang ke Indonesia karena orang tua yang melapor.

Namun penantian untuk segera berkumpul dengan keluarganya di indonedia itu tidak sampai disitu. Franco masih harus melewati proses panjang bahkan ketakutan kehilangan nyawa karena dirinya tidak langsung ke KBRI tapi masih berada di kantor Polisi dan tidak diberi makan selama 2 hari. Dirinya hanya meminum Obat Maag dan menghilangkan rasa haus dengan air ledeng berkaporit.

Rasa ketakutan franco diperparah karena di kantor polisi itu ada 3 orang aceh yang kondisi tubuh mereka memar bahkan salah satunya kehilangan salah satu tangan karena melombat dari gedung bertingkat untuk kabur.

Beberapa hari kemudian Doa Franco dan upaya pemulangannya ketanah air berbuah manis. Petugas kepolisian kamboja menjemputnya menuju ke Phnom Penh yang adalah Ibukota Kamboja menempuh kurang lebih 6 jam perjalanan darat dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi Franco bahkan franco diberi makan dan minum dan disanalah Franco berkata jujur terkait keinginanya untuk pulang ketanah air dan adanya sandi Khusus oleh salah satu petugas kopasus yang selama ini menuntunnya untuk keluar dari tempat bekerja.

Kemudian Franco dibawah ke Imigrasi usai diperiksa Polisi Kamboja.

Masih dengan rasa was was Franco tetap mengirimkan situasi terkini dirinya bersama kurang lebih 41 warga Indonesia yang belum dipulangkan lewat video dan dikirim ke Oknum Kopasus.

Menurut Franco ada yang sudah 10 bulan berada di Imigrasi.

“Karena takut semua keadaan disekeliling terus dilaporkan dan dikirim data serta semua video ke oknum Kopassus. Sehingga semua warga Indonesia dibantu dipulangkan ke Indonesia secara bertahap,” Kata Franco.

Setelah melewati proses yang sangat panjang kurang lebih 39 hari di Imigrasi dan penuh kekhawatiran akhirnya Franco dan rekan lainnya boleh bernafas lega karena mereka berhasil dipulangkan akhir agustus 2023 dari Kamboja ke jakarta meski harus membiayai sendiri kepulangannya ketanah air dibantu salah satu saudaranya di jakarta.

Akhirnya dibantu Maria Taramen, Kasat Intel Polres Minut dan Kopassus, tiket Jakarta – Manado Franco dapat dibeli dan franco bisa berkumpul dengan istri dan anaknya.

Dengan adanya kisah nyata ini Franco sebagai salah satu pencari kerja yang menggunakan jasa pengiriman tenaga keeja Ilegal mengingtkan warga sulawesi utara khususnya asal Minahasa Utara agar kisah pilu itu biarlah hanya berhenti pada dirinya saja.

“ Cukup saya saja yang mengalami ini. Jangan sampai tergoda iming iming gaji besar apalagi lewat perusahaan yang ilegal. Saya ingin berbagi pengalaman ini agar tidak akan ada lagi warga sulut yang tertipu. Semua yang dijanjikan tidak benar bahkan janji kerja berbeda dengan kontrak kerja. Puji Tuhan saya dan teman teman  boleh pulang ke indonesia,” Kata Franco.

Sementara itu aktifis vokal Maria Taramen sangat beryukur bisa menfasilitasi kepulangan Franco dibantu

” Franco sama sekali tidak saya kenal namun bersyukur kepada TUHAN dengan video dan data yang franco kirimkan saya memberanikan diri dan langsung bergerak meminta bantuan kepada Dir Intel Polda Sulut, Kasat Intel Polres Minut, BIN, BAIS dan Kopassus untuk membantu membawa Franco pulang ke Minut. Saya juga sangat berterima kasih kepada semua pihak yang membantu sehingga Franco bisa bertemu kembali dengan keluarga tercinta lebih khusus telah keluar dari pekerjaan menipu orang Indonesia,” Pungkas Taramen.
