Minut, VivaSulut.com : Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Denny K. Lolong, S.Sos memimpin Rapat Paripurna Penandatanganan Nota Kesepakatan Bersama Perubahan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) dan Perubahan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Tahun Anggaran 2022, di Ruang Sidang DPRD Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, (07/09/2022).

Rapat Paripurna ini merupakan hasil pembahasan dan finalisasi dari Rapat Badan Anggaran DPRD Kabupaten Minahasa Utara tentang KUA-PPAS P-APBD Kabupaten Minahasa Utara Tahun Anggaran 2022.

” gejolak ekonomi global secara langsung mempengaruhi perekonomian nasional, untuk itu pemerintah merespon dengan mengeluarkan peraturan dan arah kebijakan baru dengan sasaran dan target yang harus di capai, antara lain; pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat inflasi yang harus dijaga stabil, sasaran tingkat kemiskinan, kebijakan peningkatan kinerja sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan.Dengan adanya perubahan asumsi pada pendapatan daerah, Pemerintah Kabupaten dalam hal ini TAPD Kab.Minut diminta untuk melakukan harmonisasi, penyesuaian dan penyelarasan sebagaimana perlunya pada anggaran dan belanja daerah,” Sebut Ketua Dewan minut.

Terkait rapat paripurna tersebut, Bupati Minut, Joune J.E. Ganda. S.E., M.A.P.,berharap dengan ditandatanganinya Nota Kesepakatan KUA-PPAS P-APBD tahun anggaran 2022 ini, Pendapatan yang tercantum di dalam perubahan kebijakan umum anggaran dan perubahan proritas plafon anggaran sementara sudah termasuk dengan perubahan target pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi khusus serta dana bagi hasil susai dengan peraturan Presiden Nomor 98 Tahun 2022 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 104 Tahun 2021, tentang Rincian Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Tahun Anggaran 2022, serta telah mengakomodir silpa tahun anggaran sebelumnya.
