Ucapan selamat itu disampaikan Geraldi-Erwin setelah KPU Kota Bitung menggelar rapat pleno terbuka untuk menetapkan pasangan calon (Paslon) Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Bitung terpilih pada Pemilihan serentak 2024, Kamis (9/1/2025).

Dan, hari ini, Kamis (9/1/2025), kita sudah sampai ke salah satu tahapan penghujung, yakni Penetapan Calon Terpilih yang akan digelar KPU Kota Bitung.
Saya Geraldi Mantiri bersama Erwin Wurangian menyampaikan selamat kepada pasangan calon terpilih Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Bitung Hengky Honandar-Randito Maringka,” kata Geraldi.

“Dengan tidak mengurangi esensi dan dari lubuk hati yang paling dalam, kami mengucapkan banyak selamat telah terpilih pada tanggal 27 November 2024 kemarin melalui proses pesta demokrasi serentak yang diselenggarkan,” katanya.

Paslon nomor urut 1 ini juga menyampaikan permohonan maaf tak bisa hadir di rapat pleno serta mengajak masyarakat untuk tetap bergandengan tangan membangun Kota Bitung.

“Mari bergandengan tangan jaga keberagaman dan kerukunan serta membantu mewujudkan kota ini lebih maju kedepan demi untuk masyarakat Kota Bitung yang sejahtera.
Di kesempatan yang berbahagia ini, saya juga menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidakhadiran dalam proses pleno akhir tahapan proses pilkada 2024 ini.
Tak lupa juga apresiasi terhadap KPU, Bawaslu, Forkopimda dan masyarakat Kota Bitung yang telah bersama-sama menyukseskan tahapan demi tahapan Pilkada di Kota Bitung.
