Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Bitung, Ronald Gunawan Kansil menyatakan proses pergantian antar waktu (PAW) tiga anggota DPRD sudah sesuai prosedur dan mekanisme di lembaga DPRD.
Ia juga memastikan, tidak ada mahar apalagi uang setoran untuk semua proses PAW terhadap tiga calon anggota DPRD yakni Rafika Papente dari PDI Perjuangan, Melia Moesrin dari Partai Golkar dan Edwin Podo dari Gerindra.
“Saya pastikan prosesnya sesuai prosedur dan aturan serta tidak ada mahar. Itu saya bisa pastikan karena saya langsung yang mengurusnya,” kata Ronald, Selasa (7/1/2024).
Ronald menyangkan adanya informasi beredar soal dugaan uang setoran yang dibebankan ke tiga calon anggota DPRD yang akan dilantik. Padahal, dirinya bersama dua pimpinan DPRD lainnya yakni Vivi Ganap dan Keegan Kojoh sudah bekerja maksimal agar agenda Paripurna PAW segera terlaksana.
Ia mengaku, agenda Paripurna PAW Rafika Cs sempat dijadwalkan akhir 2024, yakni Desember. Namun sayangnya, tanggal yang diusulkan tidak memungkinkan untuk digelar agenda itu.
“Surat kami terima 23 Desember, kemudian 24 Desember usulan Paripurna PAW padahal di hari itu kita disibukkan dengan persiapan perayaan Natal,” katanya.
Pada 27 Desember, kata kader Gerindra ini, usulan pelaksanaan Paripurna PAW kembali diajukan. Namun lagi-lagi tidak bisa digelar karena tanggal itu sudah masuk libur dan cuti bersama.
“Kami baru bisa melanjutkan proses setelah masuk kantor dengan melakukan rapat pimpinan. Dan hari ini teman-teman Banmus sementara melakukan rapat untuk menentukan jadwal Paripurna PAW,” katanya.
Dirinya bersama dua pimpinan DPRD lainnya, menunggu hasil rapat Banmus dan apapun keputusannya pasti akan ditindahlanjuti.
“Intinya, kami pimpinan dari awal menginginkan proses PAW ini sesegara mungkin dengan mempercepat proses administrasi sesuai prosedur,” katanya.
Seperti diberitkan sebelumnya, berhembus kabar jika proses PAW itu terkendala dengan permintaan sejumlah uang di lembaga DPRD. Informasinya, ketiga calon pengganti anggota DPRD itu diminta untuk menyiapkan uang sebesar Rp 15 juta hingga Rp 25 juta untuk “memuluskan” proses pelantikan.
Sekretaris DPRD Kota Bitung, Albert Sarese mengaku tidak mengetahui jika ketiga calon anggota DPRD yang akan dilantik diminta untuk menyiapkan uang setoran.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Albert di hadapan Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri, Wakil Wali Kota Bitung, Hengky Honandar dan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bitung, Rudy Theno saat rapat perdana Pemkot Bitung, Senin (6/1/2025).
“Kalau itu (usng setoran,red) kami tidak mengetahui, ” kata Albert.
Albert menjelaskan, belum dilaksanakannya rapat Paripurna PAW karena masih ada pelaksanaan rapat-rapat dengan fraksi dan pimpinan DPRD Kota Bitung.
“Tinggal menunggu dua agenda itu kemudian dijadwalkan Paripurna PAW,” katanya.
