Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kota Bitung, Rudy Theno memimpin apel perdana pasca libur Natal, Tahun Baru dan cuti bersama jajaran Pemkot Bitung, Senin (6/1/2025).
Apel itu di gelar di Lapangan Kantor Wali Kota dan Sekda membacakan sambutan Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri.
Dalam sambutannya, Wali Kota menyampaikan sejumlah poin yang harus menjadi perhatian ASN jajaran Pemkot Bitung sepanjang 2025.
“Tahun ini, kami mengajak semua keluarga besar Pemkot Bitung untuk melakukan dan melaksanakan meningkatkan kinerja, menegakkan disiplin, menjaga integritas,” kata Rudy.
Menurutnya, ada tiga hal utama yang patut diperkuat oleh seluruh ASN Pemkot Bitung di 2025.
Pertama, kata Rudy, adalah koordinasi, agar langkah selaras dan terintegrasi. Kedua komunikasi, untuk mencegah miskomunikasi dan memberkuat hubungan kerja yang harmonis.
“Dan ketiga, kolaborasi. Baik antar perangkat daerah maupun dengan pihak eksternal, demi mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal,” katanya.
Ia juga mengingatkan terkait dengan program dan kebijakan yang telah dirancang dapat terlaksana dengan baik, tepat sasaran dan memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi warga Kota Bitung.
“Ini harus dilakukan oleh abdi negara dan abdi masyarakat, yang ada di jajaran Pemkot Bitung,” katanya.
Sementara itu, rupanya di apel perdana 2025 ini, sejumlah ASN tidak hadir. Dan hal itu tidak di tampik Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah (BKPSDMD) Kota Bitung.
“Untuk data jumlah yang terlambat dan tidak hadir sementara kami rekap,” kata Kepala Bidang Disiplin BKPSDM, Jack Nanaru.
