Apel Kerja Awal Tahun 2025, Pj Bupati Sangihe Tekankan Disiplin dan Peningkatan Kinerja

Sangihe,VivaSulut.com— Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Kepulauan Sangihe mengawali tahun 2025 dengan menggelar apel kerja di Lapangan Gelora Santiago, Tahuna Timur, Senin (06/01/2025). Apel ini dipimpin langsung oleh Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Kepulauan Sangihe, Albert Wounde.

Dalam sambutannya, Pj Bupati Albert Wounde menyampaikan ucapan selamat Natal 2024 dan Tahun Baru 2025, sekaligus menegaskan sejumlah langkah strategis untuk memacu kinerja pemerintahan di tahun baru ini. Salah satunya adalah percepatan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) Tahun 2024.

Ia meminta seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) segera menyusun laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi SIPANDA sesuai Surat Edaran Bupati Nomor 900.1/39/3379. Hal ini mencakup pengimputan penganggaran, penatausahaan, hingga pengelolaan kas.

Selain itu, ia menginstruksikan penyusunan laporan barang milik daerah dan laporan persediaan tahun anggaran 2024 agar proses administrasi keuangan dapat berjalan sesuai aturan.

“Dinas Pendidikan Daerah diminta segera menyerahkan data Dana BOS ke Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah. Begitu pula dengan Dinas Kesehatan Daerah agar menyampaikan data dana Kapitasi dan BOK,” ujar Albert.

Pj Bupati juga mengingatkan seluruh perangkat daerah untuk mempersiapkan diri menghadapi pemeriksaan awal oleh BPK RI Perwakilan Sulawesi Utara. Ia menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan proaktif dari kepala perangkat daerah, bendahara, pengelola aset, dan pengelola kegiatan.

Dalam apel tersebut, Albert memberikan penghargaan kepada 3 perangkat daerah dan unit kerja yang menerima predikat terbaik dalam Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik Mandiri, serta 7 perangkat daerah penerima predikat penilaian Kepatuhan Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik Tahun 2025.

“Prestasi ini semoga menjadi motivasi bagi semua perangkat daerah untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik lagi,” katanya.

Ia juga mengingatkan pentingnya disiplin aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Menurutnya, kedisiplinan adalah kunci utama keberhasilan program kerja.

“Tanpa disiplin, program yang direncanakan tidak akan berjalan baik. Saya tekankan kembali pentingnya disiplin, baik dalam absensi, waktu kerja, maupun kualitas hasil kerja,” tegasnya.

Menutup sambutannya, Albert mengapresiasi komitmen seluruh pihak dalam mendukung kemajuan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Ia menekankan bahwa meskipun banyak pencapaian telah diraih, masih banyak peluang yang harus dimanfaatkan di tahun 2025.

“Tahun 2025 adalah tahun penuh tantangan dan peluang. Mari kita terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan kinerja untuk mencapai keberhasilan yang lebih besar,” tutupnya. (nie)
