PLN Komit Tambah Charging Station di Indonesia

 

Manado, VivaSulut.com – PT PLN (Persero) terus memperbanyak ketersediaan infrastruktur charging station untuk akselerasi ekosistem kendaraan listrik atau electric vehicle (EV) di Indonesia.

Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo menjelaskan PLN berkomitmen mendukung akselerasi ekosistem kendaraan listrik dengan terus menambah charging station yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.

“Dengan pertumbuhan EV yang semakin masif, tentu saja infrastruktur pendukung juga harus tersedia. PLN tidak bisa melakukannya sendirian, sehingga kami sangat terbuka untuk berkolaborasi dengan seluruh mitra terkait percepatan transisi energi di sektor transportasi ini,” tutur Darmawan.

Untuk layanan home charging, PLN telah bekerja sama dengan berbagai ATPM Mobil Listrik dan mengoperasikan aplikasi PLN Mobile agar setiap pelanggan kendaraan listrik dapat langsung mendapatkan layanan home charging.

Bahkan PLN juga menjalin kerja sama dengan berbagai perusahaan transportasi umum. PLN telah melakukan pengembangan Infrastruktur charging station khusus untuk bus listrik dan angkutan umum listrik.

“Tidak hanya kendaraan pribadi, transportasi umum sekarang sudah beralih ke kendaraan listrik. Maka dari itu, PLN menyediakan infrastruktur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan seluruh masyarakat sehingga dapat menggunakan transportasi kendaraan listrik dengan nyaman dan aman,” lanjut Darmawan.
