Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Bawaslu Kota Bitung kembali melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap belasan ASN Pemkot Bitung, Senin (23/12/2024).

Informasinya, belasan ASN itu diperiksa terkait dugaan melanggar netralitas ASN di Pilkada Kota Bitung 2024.

Kasus netralitas ASN Pemkot Bitung bukanlah hal yang baru ditangani Bawaslu. Kasus ini berulang-ulang terjadi selama tahapan hingga hari H Pilkada.

Bahkan diantara belasan ASN itu, ada yang berulang kali diperiksa Bawaslu terkait netarlitas serta sudah ada rekomendasi untuk ditindaklanjuti instansi terkait karena terbukti melanggar natralitas.

Dan, dari informasi, ada 13 ASN Pemkot Bitung yang kembali diperiksa Bawaslu secara maraton akibat postingan video live di media sosial.

Postingan video yang menjadi dasar pelaporan 13 ASN itu, memperlihatkan aktivitas saat proses perhitungan suara di rumah salah satu calon wali kota.

Dalam video itu, terlihat sejumlah ASN sementara melakukan penghitungan suara berdasarkan informasi dari saksi calon di tiap TPS.

Menariknya, video itu direkam oleh sesama ASN, kemudian diupload di media sosial dan viral.

Koordinator Divisi Penangan Pelanggaran dan Penyelesaian Sengketa (P3S) Bawaslu Kota Bitung, Iten Kojongian membenarkan jika pihaknya sementara melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap belasan ASN Pemkot Bitung terkait dugaan pelanggaran netralitas.

Namun, Iten belum mau berkomentar lebih dikarenakan proses pemeriksaan masih sementara dilakukan.

“Laporannya di Bawaslu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, kemudian dilimpahkan ke Bawaslu Kota Bitung. Masih sementara berproses (pemeriksaan,red),” kata Iten.

“Kasusnya terkait netralitas. Nanti saja, kalau sudah selesai pasti kami informasikan ke rekan-rekan media,” katanya.
