Jakarta, VivaSulut.com – Ketua DPP PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Bidang Reformasi Sistem Hukum Nasional Ronny Talapessy mengatakan bahwa Ketua Umum PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri telah memerintahkan siaga 1 kepada Satgas PDIP jelang Kongres PDIP yang bakal digelar pada 2025.

Dilansir dari katadata.co.id, Ronny mengatakan DPP PDIP mengendus adanya pihak luar yang berupaya mengacak-acak internal partai. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah munculnya sejumlah baliho dan spanduk berisi serangan kepada PDIP dan Megawati.

“Dengan beredarnya baliho dan spanduk yang sifatnya menghasut telah menciptakan kondisi siaga-1 di internal PDI Perjuangan untuk memberikan reaksi terhadap adanya upaya mengawut-awut PDIP menjelang kongres sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Ibu Megawati,” kata Ronny di Jakarta, Kamis (19/12/2024).

Ronny juga mengatakan, baliho, spanduk serta serangan terhadap Ketua Umum Megawati membuat seluruh kader PDIP marah.

PDIP juga memperlihatkan cuplikan video dari sejumlah jajaran pengurus DPC, DPD Partai yang menyatakan solid dan siap melawan pihak-pihak yang mencoba menyerang Megawati dan partai berlambang banteng moncong putih ini.

Dia juga memaparkan bahwa PDI Perjuangan adalah partai politik yang sah sesuai akta notaris Nomor 05 Tanggal 27 Juni 2024 dan telah mendapatkan pengesahan melalui Surat Keputusan dari Menteri Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia Nomor: M.HH-05.11.02 Tahun 2024, tertanggal 1 Juli 2024, tentang Pengesahan Perubahan Struktur, Komposisi, dan Personalia Dewan Pimpinan Pusat PDIP pada Masa Bakti 2019-2024 Diperpanjang Hingga Tahun 2025.

“Keabsahan ini tidak terbantahkan dan menjadi dasar kuat bagi PDI Perjuangan dalam menjalankan tugas politiknya,” jelasnya.

Perpanjangan masa kepengurusan Dewan Pimpinan Pusat PDIP juga telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Pasal 28 Anggaran Dasar Partai dan Pasal 15 Anggaran Rumah Tangga Partai, perpanjangan masa kepengurusan menjadi kewenangan prerogatif Ketua Umum yang diamanatkan oleh Kongres Partai serta ditetapkan dalam Rakernas V PDIP tahun 2024.
