BOLMUT, VIVASULUT.COM – Penjabat Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Utara di wakili oleh Staf Ahli Bupati Bidang Pembangunan Kemasyarkatan dan SDM Hi. Abd Mutoh DG Mulisa S.Pd, MM, membuka secara resmi kegiatan Fokus Group Diskusi Penyusunan Dokumen Kajian Resiko Bencana (KRB) Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara tahun 2025 – 2030 Bertempat di Cafe dan Resto Coconut Beach Kawasan Batu Pinagut, Selasa (17/12/2024).
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Pimpinan Perangkat Daerah, Para Camat, Tim Ahli Penyusun Dokumen Kajian Resiko Bencana, Serta Para Peserta FGD Penyusunan Dokumen KRB.
Sambutan yang dibacakan oleh Staf Ahli Bupati Bidang Pembangunan Kemasyarkatan dan SDM Kajian Risiko Bencana merupakan perangkat untuk menilai kemungkinan dan besaran kerugian akibat ancaman yang ada.
“Dengan mengetahui kemungkinan dan besaran kerugian, kita harus fokus pada perencanaan dan keterpaduan penyelenggaraan, agar dapat mencegah potensi bencana yang ada,” ujar Mutoh.
Lebih lanjut, dengan tersusunnya KRB penanggulangan bencana akan menjadi lebih efektif.
“Dengan kajian risiko bencana merupakan dasar untuk menjamin keselarasan arah dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan penanggulangan bencana pada suatu daerah,” katanya.
Dirinya berdoa dengan tersusunnya KRB dapat menjadi sebuah panduan pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan mutu.
“Semoga dengan tersusunnya kajian resiko bencana kabupaten bolaang mongondow utara di Tahun ini menjadi sebuah pedoman serta panduan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam peningkatan standard pelayanan minimum guna pemenuhan mutu layanan dasar bagi setiap warga di kabupaten bolaang mongondow utara ketika menghadapi bencana,” harapnya.
