Pelanggan di Customer Gathering Bertema “Smart Electricity for Smart Living” Diapresiasi PLN Palu

Manado, VivaSulut.com — PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan Palu menyelenggarakan Costumer Gathering dengan tema “Smart Electricity for Smart Living” di Ballroom Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu, Senin (18/11/2024). Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 31 Perusahaan yang tersebar di Sulawesi Tengah dan beberapa Kepala Daerah dan perwakilan dari Pemda Kota Palu, Kabupaten Sigi, Donggala, Morowali, Morowali Utara, Poso, Tojo Una-una dan Parigi, Rabu (20/11/2024).

Agenda ini menjadi momen spesial bagi PLN untuk memberikan apresiasi kepada pelanggan terbaik yang telah berkontribusi dalam mendukung layanan kelistrikan di wilayah Palu dan sekitarnya.

General Manager PLN UID Suluttenggo Atmoko Basuki mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini adalah bentuk penghargaan PLN atas kerja sama pelanggan yang telah terjalin selama ini. “Kami mengapresiasi setiap kontribusi pelanggan, baik dari sisi penggunaan layanan kelistrikan maupun kesetiaan terhadap produk layanan kami” Tutur Basuki.

“Dengan mengusung tema “Smart Electricity for Smart Living”, kami berharap inovasi yang kami terapkan, khususnya melalui platform digital seperti PLN Mobile, dapat semakin mempermudah akses pelanggan terhadap layanan kami. Kami percaya, kerjasama yang baik antara PLN dan pelanggan adalah kunci menuju masa depan kelistrikan yang berkelanjutan.” tambah Basuki.

Sebagai bentuk penghargaan, PLN memberikan apresiasi dalam 6 kategori awarding di antaranya;

Pelanggan dengan Pemakaian Daya Kontrak Terbesar
Pelanggan dengan Pembayaran Tercepat
Pelanggan Paling Setia
Pelanggan dengan Daya Terbesar
Pelanggan dengan Nihil Tunggakan.

Manager PLN UP3 Palu, Yanuar, menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada para pelanggan atas dukungan mereka. “Acara ini kami gelar untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada para pelanggan yang telah menunjukkan komitmen luar biasa dalam menggunakan layanan kelistrikan PLN. Kami berharap melalui kegiatan ini, semangat kerja sama antara PLN dan pelanggan dapat terus terjaga, sehingga bersama-sama kita dapat mewujudkan Smart Electricity for Smart Living di Palu dan sekitarnya,” ujar Yanuar.

Karyadi Sumarno, perwakilan dari PT. Citra Palu Mineral yang mendapatkan penghargaan, menyampaikan “Kami sangat mengapresiasi PLN atas penghargaan ini. Layanan kelistrikan yang andal dan profesional dari PLN sangat membantu operasional perusahaan kami. Semoga PLN terus berinovasi untuk mendukung kebutuhan pelanggan besar seperti kami,” ungkapnya.

Acara Customer Gathering ini juga diisi dengan diskusi interaktif seputar layanan digital PLN, seperti PLN Mobile, yang mempermudah pelanggan dalam mengakses layanan listrik. Selain itu, berbagai hiburan menarik turut memeriahkan suasana, menambah kesan positif bagi para pelanggan yang hadir. PLN UP3 Palu berharap acara ini dapat menjadi wadah untuk mempererat hubungan dan memberikan inspirasi menuju pemanfaatan listrik yang lebih cerdas dan efisien.

PLN UP3 Palu juga mengajak masyarakat apabila menemukan benda-benda yang menyangkut pada kabel listrik atau pohon yang berada pada jalur kabel agar dapat melaporkan kepada PLN melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile, dan juga bagi pelanggan yang ingin membeli token listrik, bayar tagihan, mengajukan pasang baru dan tambah daya dengan mudah, maupun melakukan pengaduan atas gangguan kelistrikan yang terjadi bisa melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile. “Petugas PLN akan segera menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut karena pelayanan listrik kepada masyarakat harus menjadi prioritas utama.” tutup Yanuar selaku Manager UP3 Palu.
