Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri menyatakan telah menerbitkan Peraturan Kepala Daerah (Perkada) Pergeseran Anggaran 2024.

Perkada itu diterbitkan setelah DPRD dan TPAD Pemkot Bitung gagal membahas serta menetapkan APBD Perubahan 2024 tanpa alasan jelas.

Maurits sendiri saat dikonfirmasi menyatakan jika dirinya baru selesai menandatangani Perkada yang diantar salah satu staf ke Jakarta.

“Perkada Pergeseran Anggaran 2024 sudah saya tanda tangan, jadi proses pembayaran untuk kegiatan-kegiatan mendesak sudah bisa dilakukan,” kata Maurits, Rabu (21/11/2024).

Salah satu kegiatan mendesak itu, kata Maurits, adalah operasional Dinas Lingkungan Hidup yakni pengangkutan sampah.

“Pembiayaan lainnya juga bisa dilakukan berdasarkan Perkada yang baru saya tandatangani, tinggal melihat sejauh mana urgentsinya dan itu nanti Sekda dan TPAD yang mengaturnya,” katanya.

Dari informasi, selain operasional Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, sejumlah tunjangan ASN seperti TPP serta gaji THL, Pala dan RT juga akan segera dibayarkan beradasrkan Perkada Pergeseran Anggaran 2024.
