Perkuat Kolaborasi, PLN Uint Palu dan 8 Pemda di Sulawesi Tengah Teken PKS PBJT-TL

Manado, VivaSulut.com — PLN UP3 Palu terus memperkuat kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah di Sulawesi Tengah untuk mengoptimalkan layanan kelistrikan. Hal ini diwujudkan melalui penandatanganan Kesepakatan Bersama terkait Pemungutan dan Penyetoran Pajak Barang dan Jasa Tertentu atas Tenaga Listrik (PBJT-TL), Pembayaran Rekening Listrik, Meterisasi, dan Penertiban Penerangan Jalan Umum pada Senin, (18/11/2024).

Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Ballroom Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu ini dihadiri oleh Manajer UP3 Palu dan jajaran serta delapan pemerintah daerah, yaitu Pemerintah Kota Palu, Kabupaten Sigi, Kabupaten Donggala, Kabupaten Morowali, Kabupaten Morowali Utara, Kabupaten Poso, Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una, dan Kabupaten Parigi Moutong.

Kesepakatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pedoman dalam pengelolaan pajak dan kelistrikan di wilayah Sulawesi Tengah, dengan sasaran utama untuk menjamin kelancaran penerimaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang berasal dari Pajak Barang dan Jasa Tertentu tenaga listrik, menjamin kelancaran pelunasan rekening Listrik dan pengawasan Penerangan Jalan Umum.

General Manager UID Suluttenggo mengatakan bahwa Penandatanganan PKS ini adalah langkah nyata untuk memperkuat sinergi dalam pengelolaan layanan kelistrikan “Kami percaya bahwa kolaborasi ini akan memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat untuk peningkatan layanan kelistrikan di wilayah Palu” ujar Basuki.

“Dengan sinergi pemerintah daerah kami optimis bahwa inisiatif ini akan menjadi fondasi untuk pembangunan infrastruktur kelistrikan yang baik, berkelanjutan, dan andal. PLN akan terus berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Tengah,” tambah Basuki.

Yanuar, Manager PLN UP3 Palu, menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama ini adalah bentuk komitmen PLN untuk mendukung tata kelola kelistrikan yang lebih baik di wilayah Palu. “Kami sangat mengapresiasi semangat kolaborasi dari delapan pemerintah daerah. Nota kesepahaman ini menjadi langkah penting dalam memastikan pengelolaan listrik berjalan lebih tertib, efisien, dan mendukung transparansi pajak. Kami percaya bahwa sinergi ini akan memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat Sulawesi Tengah,” ujar Yanuar.

Selain itu, Yanuar juga menambahkan bahwa PLN UP3 Palu terus berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan terbaik, khususnya dalam penyediaan listrik yang andal. Ia berharap langkah ini dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap kinerja PLN dan pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola kelistrikan secara profesional.

Mohamad Irwan, S.Sos., M.Si., Bupati Sigi, yang turut menghadiri acara tersebut, juga memberikan pandangannya. “Kami menyambut baik langkah yang diambil PLN UP3 Palu dalam meningkatkan sinergi dengan pemerintah daerah. Kerja sama ini sangat penting untuk memastikan transparansi pengelolaan pajak tenaga listrik dan optimalisasi penerangan jalan umum di wilayah kami. Kami berharap langkah ini menjadi awal dari kolaborasi yang lebih kuat untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” ungkapnya.

Melalui penandatanganan PK ini PLN berharap dapat mendukung pengembangan infrastruktur kelistrikan yang lebih andal, efisien, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di wilayah Sulawesi Tengah.

PLN UP3 Palu juga mengajak masyarakat apabila menemukan benda-benda yang menyangkut pada kabel listrik atau pohon yang berada pada jalur kabel agar dapat melaporkan kepada PLN melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile, dan juga bagi pelanggan yang ingin membeli token listrik, bayar tagihan, mengajukan pasang baru dan tambah daya dengan mudah, maupun melakukan pengaduan atas gangguan kelistrikan yang terjadi bisa melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile. “Petugas PLN akan segera menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut karena pelayanan listrik kepada masyarakat harus menjadi prioritas utama.” tutup Yanuar selaku Manager UP3 Palu.
