Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Laporan terkait orasi kampanye Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri diduga melibatkan pihak Bawaslu Kota Bitung.

Dari penelusuran sejumlah media, orasi Maurits dilaporkan oleh salah satu staf Bawaslu Kota Bitung inisial E berdasarkan postingan akun facebook, Devid Sumarrau.

Koordinator Divisi Hukum, Pencegahan, Parmas dan Humas Bawaslu Kota Bitung, Ahmad Syakur saat dikonfirmasi terkait laporan E, menyatakan namanya temuan atau laporan tetap diproses.

Kemudian kata dia, dilakukan pemeriksaan-pemeriksaan di Sentra Gakkumdu Kota Bitung, sesuai mekanisme seperti rapat-rapat.

“Mengenai siapa pelapornya, ada aturan dan mekanismenya. Kalau terkait itu (pelapor, red) harus dijaga kerahasian siapa yang melapor, apakah itu laporan atau tamuan kami punya batasan-batasan,” kata Ahmad, Senin (18/11/2024).

Kemudian terkait keberadaan Panwascam dan Pengawas Kelurahan Desa (PKD), yang ada di lokasi kampanye saat ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan Kota Bitung melakukan orasi namun tidak mengentikan orasi yang dianggap melanggar.

“Terkait tidak ada pencegahan dan pengawasan silakan konfirmasi ke Bidang Pengawasan di Bawaslu Kota Bitung,” katanya.
