Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Nama akun facebook, Devid Sumarrau yang dijadikan acuan Polres Bitung menetapkan tersangka Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan, Maurits Mantiri, rupanya tidak asing bagi Bawaslu.
Koordinator Divisi Penangan Pelanggaran dan Penyelesaian Sengketa (P3S) Bawaslu Kota Bitung, Iten Kojongian, mengaku pernah menelusuri siapa pemilik akun itu, tapi tak membuahkan hasil.
“Penelusuran kami lakukan ketika ada laporan dugaan pelanggaran Pilkada oleh Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan Kota Bitung di orasi kampanye. Tapi, tidak berhasil karena tidak terdata sebagai warga Kota Bitung atau daerah lain di Sulut,” kata Iten, Senin (18/11/2024).
Menurut Iten, sesuai prosedur penanganan laporan dugaan pelanggaran Pilkada, pihaknya langsung mencari tahu siapa Devid Sumarrau begitu dilaporkan berdasarkan postingan akun itu di grup facebook, Orang Bitung Basuara.
Dinas Catatan Sipil dan Kependudukan, adalah instansi pertama yang didatangi Iten untuk mencari tahu apakah ada warga Kota Bitung bernama Devid Sumarrau. Namun tidak ditemukan nama itu.
“Pihak Dinas Catatan Sipil dan Kependudukan menjamin 100%, Devid Sumarrau bukanlah warga Kota Bitung karena tidak ada di data kependudukan,” katanya.
Iten juga mengaku telah meminta bantuan KPU Kota Bitung untuk mengecek di DPT Pilkada, namun lagi-lagi nama Devid Sumarrau tidak ditemukan.
“Kami juga telah mengcek ke admin atau pengelola grup Orang Bitung Basuara dan menyatakan akun Devid Sumarrau adalah akun fake atau palsu,” katanya.
Menariknya, postingan akun Devid Sumarrau yang mamuat potongan orasi Maurits Mantiri di kampanye dijadikan Polres Bitung sebagai acuan hingga terbit surat pemberitahuan Nomor: B/569/XI/2024/Reskrim/Res Bitung tanggal 15 November 2024 tentang penetapan tersangka. Surat itu ditandatangani Kasat Reskrim Polres Bitung, Iptu Gede Indra Asti.
