Tegas! Ardiles Mewoh Pastikan Bawaslu Sulut Tindaklanjuti Semua Laporan dan Temuan

Manado, VivaSulut.com – Ketua Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Sulawesi Utara Ardiles Mewoh memastikan secara tegas akan menindaklanjuti semua laporan dan temuan dugaan pelanggaran yang terjadi selama tahapan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 2024.

Penegasan tersebut disampaikan Ardiles Mewoh, untuk membantah tudingan bahwa Bawaslu Sulut sebagai pengawas Pemilu terkesan lamban menangani sejumlah kasus pelanggaran Pilkada terkait Netralitas ASN, TNI/Polri dan Hukum Tua yang viral di media sosial.

“Semua kami tindaklanjuti. Tidak ada yang tidak. Semua laporan yang masuk, maupun yang petugas temukan dilapangan, semuanya sedang dalam proses penanganan,” ujar Ardiles Mewoh kepada VivaSulut.com, Selasa (12/11/2024).

Penegasan yang sama juga disampaikan Ardiles Mewoh saat menerima audiensi dari perwakilan mahasiswa di Sulut yang mengatasnamakan kelompok Cipayung Sulut Plus, di ruang Command Center Bawaslu Sulut.

“Hadirnya medsos justru sangat membantu kami Bawaslu Sulut. Setelah viral di media sosial, kami langsung tangani melalui investigasi atau penelusuran. Namun, prosesnya tetap mengikuti aturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku,” ungkap Ardiles.

Ditambahkannya, Bawaslu juga menindaklanjuti temuan maupun laporan masyarakat yang tidak sempat viral di media sosial.

Dalam proses ini, Bawaslu Sulut, dikatakan Ardiles, telah memanggil para pihak terkait termasuk pelapor.

“Jika dugaannya adalah pidana Pemilu, dilimpahkan ke Gakkumdu bersama kepolisian dan kejaksaan,” jelasnya.

Untuk itu, Bawaslu Sulut mendorong masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif mengawasi semua tahapan Pilkada 2024, melalui pelaporan ketika menemukan pelanggaran.

“Pelaporan ke Bawaslu sangat minim. Yang paling banyak temuan. Selain ke Bawaslu provinsi dan kabupaten kota, masyarakat bisa melapor ke Panwascam,” tutup Ardiles.

Sebagai informasi, kelompok Cipayung Sulut Plus yang diterima Bawaslu adalah perwakilan 10 OKP di Sulut yakni, Zefa Mangindaan dari DPD GMNI Sulut, Nadya Kandji HMI Sulutgo, Rasmianti Halim HMI, Riswan Muhammad dan Rama Arda Fatah PMII Manado, Tonny Bella GAMKI Sulut, Martino Rista Resita PMKRI Manado, Meidy Monami GMNI Sulut, Angelica Ngantung PMKRI Manado, Vikii Olelo IMM Sulut, dan Sathyanandha Atmika PD KMHOI Sulut.
