Perumda Air Bitung Dinyatakan Perusahaan Sehat, Alfred Saslindeho Sebut Nama Wali Kota

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Air Minum Duasudara Kota Bitung mendapat pegahargaan dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) atas pengelolaan keuangan dan pelayanan selang 2023.

Pengelola keuangan dan pelayanan 2023 Perumda Air Minum Duasudara masuk kategori sehat dan baik setelah BPKP melakukan penilaian berdasarkan sejumlah indikator pengelolaan peruhaan.

Penghargaan itu diterima Direktur Umum Perumda Air Minum Duasudara Kota Bitung, Alfred Salindeho dan diserahkan Kepala Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Bambang Ari Setiono di Aula PADM Kota Manado, Rabu (6/11/2024).

Alfred menjelaskan, Perumda Air Minum Duasudara Kota Bitung mendapatkan penghargaan dari Kementrian PUPR dan BPKP sebagai Perumda yang SEHAT dengan nilai BAIK untuk kinerja tahun 2023.

“Sebelumnya, kita mendapat nilai KURANG SEHAT. Tapi, puji Tuhan semua berkat kepercayaan Pemerintah Kota Bitung dan masyarakat Kota Bitung khususnya pelanggan PDAM, kini Perumda Air Minum Duasudara Kota Bitung dinyatakan SEHAT,” kata Alfred.

Capaian itu, kata dia, bukan pekerjaan yang mudah mendapatkan kembali kepercayaan masyarakat dan pelanggan terhadap kinerja Perumda.

Tapi lewat budaya “Kerja Cepat, Kerja Tepat, Kerja Tuntas”, seluruh karyawan bekerja dengan semangat yang tinggi, akhirnya berimbas pada peningkatan kinerja Perumda secara keseluruhan baik pelayanan distribusi air bersih kepada pelanggan maupun kinerja keuangan.

“Sehingga Perumda sudah berkontribusi terhadap PAD Kota Bitung yang sejak berdirinya belum pernah ada kontribusi,” katanya.

Selain itu, keberhasil yang diraih menurut Alfred, tidak lepas dari bimbingan Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri yang telah memberikan keleluasaan berinovasi membenahi management Perumda Air Minum Duasudara hingga boleh dinyatakan perusaaan sehat.

“Pak Wali Kota sebagai mentor dan selalu mendampingi hingga saat ini. Penghargaan ini kami dedikasikan untuk Pemerintah dan masyarakat Kota Bitung, teristimewa karyawan yang telah bekerja dengan luar biasa, terlebih kemulian dan hormat nama Tuhan,” katanya.

Adapun hasil penilaian BPKP terhadap Perumda Air Minum Duasudara Kota Bitung adalah Kinerja Tahun 2023 dengan Kategori SEHAT (2,91), berdasarkan Indikator Dirjen Cipta Karya Kementerian PUPR/BPPSPAM No. 002/KPTS/K-6/IV/2010 serta BAIK (55,95) berdasarkan Indikator Kepmendagri Nomor 47 Tahun 1999.
