Polres dan Kejaksaan Diminta Tuntaskan Kasus Kualatembaga dan Lahan KEK Bitung

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Bitung mendukung Aparat Penegah Hukum dalam hal ini Polres Bitung dan Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bitung membuka kembali sejumlah kasus dugaan korupsi yang belum jelas penangananya.

Dukungan itu disampaikan Sekretaris Pimpinan Daerah Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Bitung, Arham Lakue di tengah gencar-gencarnya dua institusi menindaklanjuti instruksi Presiden Prabowo memerangi korupsi.

Terkait kasus dugaan korupsi yang belum jelas penanganannya hingga kini, Arham mencontohkan dua kasus yakni pengadaan lahan untuk pembangunan Kantor Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan (PSDKP) Kota Bitung dan pengadaan lahan Pintu Gerbang Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Kota Bitung.

Dua kasus itu, sudah pernah ditangani APH, namun kata dia, sampai hari ini belum jelas seperti apa penyelesaiannya apalagi ada pihak yang ditahan karena melakukan memperjualbelikan tanah negara.

“Kami mendorong Polisi dan Jaksa untuk mengungkap kasus ini. Sudah belasan tahun sampai sekarang kasus ini belum tuntas, padahal indikasi kerugian negaranya mencapai miliaran rupiah,” katanya.

Diketahui, kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan lahan Kantor PSDKP Bitung ini terjadi sekitar tahun 2007 silam. Kasus ini terkenal dengan sebutan kasus Kualatembaga. Pemberian sebutan itu merujuk pada nama perusahaan yang mengantongi izi HGU atas lahan dimaksud, yakni PT Kualatembaga.

Pengadaan lahan untuk pembangunan Kantor PSDKP Bitung ini dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat. Anggarannya mencapai miliaran rupiah berasal dari Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan selaku instansi induk dari Kantor PSDKP Bitung.

Dalam praktiknya proses pengadaan lahan ini terindikasi bermasalah. Pasalnya, lahan yang diadakan adalah lahan eks HGU PT Kualatembaga yang notabene milik negara. Dengan kata lain, uang negara untuk pengadaan lahan itu dipakai untuk membeli lahan yang jelas-jelas milik negara.

Sedangkan pembelian lahan pintu gerbang KEK terjadi 2015 dan pada 2016 tim Kejaksaan Agung pernah menangani dengan melakukan pemeriksaan sejumlah pihak di Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bitung.

Salah satu pihak yang diperiksa Kejaksaan Agung adalah mantan Wali Kota Bitung, Max Lomban terkait pembelian lahan pintu gerbang KEK.
