Bawaslu Bitung Nyatakan Perempuan dan Millenial Bagian Pengawasan Pilkada

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Bawaslu Kota Bitung menyatakan perempuan dan kaum millenial adalah bagian dari pengawasan tahapan Pilkada 2024.

Hal itu disampaikan Plh Ketua Bawaslu Bitung, Iten Kojongian membuka Sosialisasi Pengawasan Pemilu Partisipatif bagi Kaum Perempuan dan Millenial pada Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Serta, Walikota dan Wakil Walikota di Kota Bitung Tahun 2024, Kamis (31/10/204).

Iten menyatakan, semua lapisan masyarakat wajib bersama-sama mengawasi tahapan Pilkada, termasuk perempuan dan millenial.

“Mewujudkan Pilkada jujur dan bersih bukan hanya tanggung jawab KPU dan Bawaslu serta aparat, tapi juga masyarakat seperti perempuan dan millenial,” kata Iten.

Untuk itu, dirinya berharap dukungan penuh dari perempuan dan mellenial dengan aktif melakukan pengawasan serta melaporkan jika ada indikasi pelanggaran.

“Makanya lewat kegiatan ini, pemateri akan menyampaikan sejumlah indikasi pelanggaran agar perempuan dan millenial tahu mengantisipasinya,” katanya.
