Maurits Mantiri Sebut Aplikasi CIP Bagian dari Perkembangan Teknologi

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri membuka pelatihan lanjutan Sistem Aplikasi Capital Investment Planning (CIP) versi terbaru, Senin (29/10/2024).

Pelatihan digelar di Favehotel Bitung dihadiri Ditjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri, M Ali Irmanda, Tim leader CIP Pusat sekaligus Tim Panel Ahli Perencanaan Ibu Kota Nusantara, Wicaksono Sarosa dan Tim OSP Pusat, Hendrawan Hamonganan Saragi.

Wali Kota menyampaikan, perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam banyak aspek, terutama dalam bidang pengelolaan investasi dan perencanaan proyek.

“Hari ini merupakan langkah penting dalam pengembangan kapasitas dan peningkatan kualitas perencanaan dan pengelolaan proyek di Kota Bitung,” kata Maurits.

Sebagai salah satu pilot project CIP dalam program NUDP, kata Maurits, Kota Bitung telah diberikan kesempatan berharga untuk memanfaatkan teknologi yang inovatif ini.

Karene menurutnya, CIP dirancang tidak hanya untuk membantu pemerintah dalam memobilisasi sumber daya alternatif dan mengalokasikan anggaran secara tepat guna, tetapi juga untuk mendukung perencanaan yang lebih terukur, sistematis dan terarah.

“Sebagai bagian dari komitmen Pemerintah Kota Bitung dalam memperbaiki kualitas layanan publik, kami senantiasa mendorong inovasi teknologi, terutama dibidang sistem aplikasi seperti CIP,” katanya.

Dengan pelatihan, kata dia, diharapkan seluruh OPD dan pemangku kepentingan dapat lebih memahami penggunaan aplikasi CIP versi terbaru dengan lebih efektif.

“Sehingga, dalam pengimplementasiannya, aplikasi ini dapat menjadi alat yang mendorong transparansi, akuntabilitas, serta meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan investasi di daerah kita,” katanya.

Dikutip dari berbagai sumber Aplikasi CIP adalah alat yang membantu proses perencanaan dan penganggaran. Aplikasi ini merupakan bagian dari kerangka kerja National Urban Development Project (NUDP) yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia dan Bank Dunia.

Aplikasi CIP dapat membantu pemerintah kota dalam mengoptimalkan potensi pertumbuhan ekonomi kota. Pilihan infrastruktur prioritas didasarkan pada hasil analisis daya dukung dan daya tampung, kemampuan untuk pembiayaannya, serta memperhitungkan aspek kebencanaan.

Aplikasi CIP dapat membantu pemerintah kota dalam:
– Menentukan prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur
– Mengintegrasikan pemodelan dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan
– Mengintegrasikan dampak anggaran
– Mengefektifkan pelaksanaan rencana tata ruang ke dalam investasi modal
– Menelusuri progress pelaksanaan setiap tahunnya.
