Momentum Peringatan Sumpah Pemuda di Pemkab Minut Berlangsung Hikmat dan Penuh Makna

Minut, VivaSulut.com — Peringatan ke-96 Sumpah Pemuda yang dirangkaikan dengan upacara bersama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Pemkab Minut), Senin (28/10) 2024 di lapangan kantor upacara Pemkab berlangsung hikmad.

Bertindak sebagai inspektur Upacara Pjs. Bupati Minut Reza Dotulung yang diwakili oleh Asisten II Allan Mingkid.

Upacara peringatan hari Sumpah Pemuda kali ini mengambil Tema “Maju Bersama Indonesia Raya“. Tema ini mengandung arti bahwa semangat Merah Putih harus terus berkibar dalam setiap jiwa pemuda Indonesia.

Hadir dalam upacara ini Forkopimda Minut yang terdiri dari perwakilan Polres Minut, Kejari Minut, Danlanudal, Koramil 1310-06 dan pejabat eselon dua.

Sementara itu, peserta upacara terdiri dari para ASN Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga, Mahasiswa Minut, pelajar SMA unsur pemuda, dan Anggota KNPI Minut.

Alan Mingkid yang dipercayakan sebagai Irup membacakan Amanat Pembina Upacara Sumpah Pemuda 2024 dari Kemenpora.

Lewat sambutan itu, Menpora Ario Bimo Nandito Ariotedjo, menjelaskan  peringatan ini adalah sebuah peristiwa penting dalam sejarah kebangsaan Indonesia yaitu Peristiwa Sumpah Pemuda tahun 1928.

Sebuah peristiwa di mana para pemuda Indonesia menyatakan tekad dan kehendak yang kuat untuk bersatu di tengah kenyataan keragaman untuk menghadirkan negara Indonesia.

Nilai-nilai agung yang ditampilkan oleh generasi sumpah pemuda 1928 ini harus selalu didengung-dengungkan berkali-kali di setiap waktu untuk menguatkan kesadaran dan karakter bangsa Indonesia, dalam menghadapi pelbagai perubahan situasi dan kondisi yang sangat cepat, yang bisa menjadikan kekuatan bangsa terdegradasi hingga melemahkan daya kekuatan bangsa Indonesia untuk menjaga eksistensi kebangsaan Indonesia secara lestari.

Bulan Pemuda dan Peringatan Hari Sumpah Pemuda 2024 ini berbarengan dengan masa transisi pemerintahan baru yang akan mengekstraksi langkah bangsa Indonesia mewujudkan target-target Pembangunan jangka menengah sebagai landasan pencapaian target Pembangunan jangka panjang 2045, yaitu terwujudnya Indonesia Emas yang bercirikan kemajuan dan kesejahteraan yang makin tinggi, serta kiprah bangsa Indonesia yang lebih kuat dalam kancah global.

Momentum ini merupakan kesempatan bagi bangsa Indonesia untuk memberikan perhatian yang lebih besar kepada agenda-agenda pengembangan kepemudaan sebagai bagian penting dalam Pembangunan Indonesia, baik dalam posisi pemuda sebagai subjek Pembangunan maupun sebagai objek Pembangunan.

Sebagai subjek Pembangunan sebagian pemuda Indonesia telah memiliki kemampuan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam beragam sektor Pembangunan Nasional bahkan pada agenda SGDs (Sustainable Development Goals Perserikatan Bangsa Bangsa yang merupakan agenda global.

Pada sebagian yang lain, pemuda Indonesia masih membutuhkan layanan pemberdayaan untuk membangun potensi yang masih terpendam hingga potensi tersebut menjadi kekuatan dalam kepemimpinan, kepeloporan dan kewirausahaan.

Harapan kepada pemuda untuk lebih berperan dalam Pembangunan Nasional Indonesia adalah tepat adanya, karena pada hakikatnya pemuda adalah pemilik masa depan.

Hasil pencapaian hal ini dapat ditemukan dari capaian Indeks Pembangunan Pemuda atau IPP. Sebagai indikator kualitas kepemudaan pada tahun 2024 Indeks Pembangunan Pemuda berada pada 56,33 persen, dengan rincian capaian domain Pendidikan sebesar 70,00 persen, domain kesehatan dan kesejahteraan sebesar 65,00 persen, domain gender dan diskriminasi sebesar 53,33 persen.

Sementara itu domain lapangan dan kesempatan kerja sebesar 45,00 dan domain partisipasi dan kepemimpinan sebesar 43,33 persen.

Pada upacara Hari Sumpah Pemuda di Minut ini bertindak sebagai Komandan Upacara, Ketua Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (KNPI) Minut, Virgino Dondokambey.
