Pemkab Minut Serahkan Sertifikat Tanah Untuk 120 Warga Desa Matungkas

Penyerahan sertifikat tanah kepada masyarakat Desa Matungkas.

Minut, VivaSulut.com — Penjabat (Pjs) Bupati Minahasa Utara, Reza Dotulung, menyerahkan sertifikat tanah kepada 120 warga Desa Matungkas melalui program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL), Kamis, (24/10/2024).

Penyerahan sertifikat ini merupakan hasil sinergitas antara pemerintah pusat, pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, dan pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara.

Reza Dotulung dalam sambutannya menyampaikan apresiasi atas kerja keras semua pihak yang terlibat dalam program PTSL ini.

“Program PTSL ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum atas kepemilikan tanah bagi masyarakat. Kami berharap dengan adanya sertifikat ini, warga Desa Matungkas dapat lebih tenang dan aman dalam mengelola tanah mereka,” ujarnya.

Pjs Bupati Minut Reza Dotulung secara simbolis menyerahkan sertifikat tanah kepada Hukum Tua Desa Matungkas Novieta Tangkudung.

Pjs Bupati Reza Dotulung juga menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada hukumtua dan perangkat Desa Matungkas atas peran aktif mereka dalam mensukseskan program PTSL di desa.

“Tanpa dukungan dan kerja keras dari Bapak Hukumtua dan perangkat desa, program PTSL ini tidak akan berjalan lancar,” tambahnya.

Penyerahan sertifikat tanah ini disambut antusias oleh warga Desa Matungkas. Mereka merasa lega dan bersyukur karena kini memiliki bukti kepemilikan tanah yang sah.

“Saya sangat senang dan bersyukur karena akhirnya mendapatkan sertifikat tanah. Selama ini saya merasa tidak tenang karena belum memiliki bukti kepemilikan tanah yang sah. Sekarang saya bisa lebih tenang dan aman dalam mengelola tanah saya,” ujar salah seorang warga Desa Matungkas.

Program PTSL merupakan program strategis pemerintah untuk memberikan kepastian hukum atas kepemilikan tanah bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Melalui program ini, diharapkan dapat tercipta keadilan sosial dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
