PELANTIKAN Presiden Prabowo Subianto dan Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka Republik Indonesia tahun 2024 -2029 pada Minggu 20 Oktober 2024, menandakan perpindahan kekuasaan pemerintahan yang baru dari pemerintahan Jokowi yang dipegang selama 1 dekade ke pada presiden hasil pilihan rakyat Indonesia Bapak Letjen Purn. Prabowo Subianto sebagai kepala pemerintahan dan kepala negara Republik Indonesia.

Sosok presiden ke-8 ini lahir pada tanggal 17 Oktober 1951 dari keluarga terdidik yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai sosial.

Merupakan anak ketiga yang ayahnya bernama Soemitro Djojohadikusumo yang berasal dari Kebumen, Jawa Tengah, merupakan seorang pakar ekonomi dan juga politisi Partai Sosialis Indonesia dan menjabat sebagai Menteri Perindustrian tahun 1952.

Kakeknya Margono Djojohadikusumo adalah seorang pendiri Bank Negara Indonesia dan juga sebagai Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan Agung yang pertama. Dan ibunya bernama Dora Marie Sigar, dari Langowan, Sulawesi Utara.

Di Sidang Paripurna MPR RI di Gedung Nusantara, Kompleks Parlemen, Jakarta, Prabowo bersumpah di hadapan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan seluruh rakyat Indonesia untuk menjalankan pemerintahan sesuai dengan amanat Undang-Undang Dasar (UUD) 1945 untuk berbakti kepada bangsa dan negara.

Dalam sambutan pidato pertama sebagai presiden Republik Indonesia Prabowo Subianto mengatakan “Kami akan menjalankan kepemimpinan pemerintahan Indonesia, kepemimpinan negara dan bangsa Indonesia, dengan tulus, dengan mengutamakan kepentingan seluruh rakyat Indonesia, termasuk mereka yang tidak memilih kami. Kami akan mengutamakan kepentingan bangsa dan rakyat Indonesia di atas segala golongan, apalagi kepentingan pribadi kami.”

Tantangan, rintangan, hambatan, dan ancaman yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia di tengah dinamika dan pergulatan dunia tidak ringan. Presiden mengajak saudara-saudara sebangsa dan setanah air terutama unsur pimpinan dari semua kalangan, dari kalangan cendekiawan, ulama, pengusaha, pemimpin politik, pemuda dan mahasiswa, untuk menjadi bangsa yang berani, bangsa yang tidak takut tantangan, bangsa yang tidak takut rintangan, bangsa yang tidak takut ancaman. Dengan tidak mengabaikan untuk berani mawas diri, menatap wajah sendiri, dan berani memperbaiki diri sendiri, berani mengoreksi diri kita sendiri.

Presiden Prabowo juga mengingatkan bahwa kemiskinan di Indonesia masih terlalu besar, bahwa rakyat kita dan anak-anak kita banyak yang kurang gizi, banyak rakyat yang tidak dapat pekerjaan yang baik. Banyak sekolah-sekolah kita yang tidak terurus. Saudara-saudara, kita harus berani melihat ini semua dan kita harus berani menyelesaikan masalah ini semua.

Dalam bagian pidato lainnya Presiden Prabowo telah mencanangkan swasembada pangan dan swasembada energi serta meneruskan program janji-janji kampanye pemilihan presiden yakni subsidi bantuan kepada rakyat yang membutuhkan dengan bantuan teknologi digital subsidi tersebut tepat sasaran, dan makanan bergizi minimal 1 kali sehari bagi anak-anak jenjang SD, SMP, SLA dan pesantren, serta menjamin melindungi mereka yang paling lemah untuk mencapai kesejahteraan sejati, kemakmuran yang sebenarnya.

Presiden Prabowo juga dengan tegas mengatakan bahwa kita harus berani menghadapi dan memberantas korupsi dengan perbaikan sistem, dengan penegakan hukum yang tegas, dengan digitalisasi. Insya Allah kita akan kurangi korupsi secara signifikan.

Dalam pandangan Presiden Prabowo, kebijakan, sikap, dan tindakan pemerintah dalam politik luar negeri, Indonesia memilih jalan bebas aktif nonblok. “Kita tidak mau ikut pakta-pakta militer manapun. Kita memilih jalan bersahabat dengan semua negara. Sudah berkali-kali saya canangkan Indonesia akan menjalankan politik luar negeri sebagai negara yang ingin menjadi tetangga yang baik, we want to be a good neighbor. Kita ingin menganut filosofi kuno: seribu kawan terlalu sedikit, satu lawan terlalu banyak. Indonesia ingin menjadi sahabat semua negara”

Presiden Probowo tidak lupa untuk mengucapkan terima kasih kepada presiden Indonesia sebelumnya. Bahwa “Mereka semua dengan cara masing-masing memiliki sumbangsih terhadap apa yang kita nikmati, utuh, berdaulat, dan merdeka yang terus menjaga dan berjuang untuk kemerdekaan dan keadilan. Jangan kita lupa prestasi pemimpin-pemimpin kita. Terima kasih, Anda berjasa dan akan dikenang sebagai putra Indonesia yang termasuk terbaik”

Akhir kata, Presiden Prabowo memohon doa restu untuk membangun Indonesia di atas landasan yang sudah dirintis oleh pendahulu-pendahulu kita. “Mari kita belajar semua kekurangan. Kita akui dan kita perbaiki. Hentikan dendam, hilangkan kebencian, bangun kerukunan, bangun gotong royong. Itu kepribadian bangsa Indonesia, itu ajaran Bung Karno. Kami siap melanjutkan estafet kepemimpinan. Kita siap bekerja keras menuju Indonesia Emas, menjadi bangsa yang kuat, merdeka, berdaulat, adil, dan makmur”.

Pidato presiden Prabowo membawa semangat baru bagi rakyat yang mencintainya. Pada point-point pidatonya diatas dapat diambil kesimpulan adalah berkaitan dengan langkah-langkah pencanangan menuju cita-cita Indonesia Emas 2045. Dimana ada empat pilar visi Indonesia Emas 2045.

Pertama, pembangunan manusia serta penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Dengan meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan manusia menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih sejahtera dan adil, dengan memantapkan ketangguhan individu, keluarga, masyarakat dan lingkungan sosial budaya, menjaga sumber daya alam, serta tahan menghadapi berbagai bencana, perubahan dan guncangan.

Kedua, pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Dengan meningkatkan produktivitas melalui peningkatan IPTEK, inovasi, dan ekonomi produktif pada sektor-sektor manufaktur, ekonomi dan keuangan syariah, pertanian, ekonomi biru dan bioekonomi, pariwisata, ekonomi kreatif, UMKM dan koperasi, tenaga kerja, pertanian, serta BUMN.

Ketiga, pemerataan pembangunan. Pembangunan perkotaan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan, meningkatkan pemerataan dan kualitas pembangunan melalui pengembangan kebijakan pembangunan daerah secara umum.

Keempat, pemantapan ketahanan nasional dan tata kelola pemerintahan. Dengan menciptakan lingkungan lembaga menghasilkan regulasi dan tata kelola yang berintegritas dan adaptif. Memantapkan Supremasi hukum, stabilitas ekonomi, politik dan keamanan dan pertahanan nasional, serta Kepemimpinan Indonesia dalam memperkuat ketangguhan diplomasi Indonesia di tingkat global.

Maka untuk mewujudkan kesinambungan Pembangunan dibutuhkan kepemimpinan yang kuat, tegas, berwibawa serta belas asih.

Ciri-ciri pemimpin tersebut ada dalam pribadi presiden Prabowo Subianto dengan sebanyak gudang pengalaman baik sebagai mantan militer dengan pangkat Letnan Jenderal, politisi dengan menjabat sebagai ketua dewan Pembina DPP Partai Gerindra, pengusaha dalam dan luar negeri.

Saya yakin, di bawah pemerintahan Presiden Prabowo Subianto, dibantu oleh para Menteri yang berkompeten dan dukungan dari para politisi, masyarakat, pengusaha, pemuda, pemuka agama, cendikiawan atau siapapun yang ingin Indonesia maju, semua tanggung jawab cita-cita bangsa dan negara indonesia yang inovatif dapat dicapai.
