Melky Pangemanan Kritik Soal Jalan Rusak, Ini Jawaban Menohok Joune Ganda

Penampilan Paslon nomor urut 1 Melky Pangemanan - Christian Kamagi dan Paslon nomor urut 2 Joune Ganda - Kevin Lotulung pada debat putaran pertama, Rabu (16/10/2024).

Minut, VivaSulut.com – Isu fasilitas jalan rusak kembali diangkat pasangan calon nomor urut 1 Melky Pangemanan dan Christian Kamagi (MJPCK) pada Debat Publik Pertama Pasangan Calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Minahasa Utara Tahun 2024 yang dilaksanakan, Rabu (16/10/2024).

Pertanyaan awalnya diangkat oleh calon Wakil Bupati nomor urut 1, Christian Kamagi kepada pasangan calon nomor urut 2 Joune Ganda dan Kevin Lotulung.

“Bagaimana Paslon nomor urut 2 menyiapkan infrastruktur dasar seperti jalan, drainase, gedung sekolah yang ada di seluruh Minahasa Utara?” tanya Christian Kamagi.

Dilanjutkan pernyataan calon bupati nomor urut 1 Melky Pangemanan.

“Kalau mengklaim jalan saat ini sangat memiriskan kalau mau dibandingkan dengan wilayah lain 1 x 24 jam bila ada jalan rusak langsung selesai tapi di Minut banyak mengakibatkan kerugian bagi masyarakat,” ujar Melky Pangemanan.

Pertanyaan tersebut dibalas jawaban menohok Joune Ganda yang mengingatkan Melky Pangemanan terhadap peran anggota DPRD Provinsi Sulut untuk terlibat dalam pembangunan daerah.

“Saya perlu jelaskan bahwa sebagai mantan anggota DPRD pasti mengerti bahwa infrastruktur jalan itu ada yang dimiliki kabupaten, provinsi dan pemerintah pusat dan tentunya pembangunan itu harus menjadi bagian dari aspek-aspek aspirasi masyarakat yang harus diperjuangkan oleh anggota dewan,” ujar Joune Ganda yang menyingung peran Melky Pangemanan ketika menjadi anggota DPRD Sulut periode 2019-2024 dari Dapil Minut-Bitung.

“Sehingga kalau ada jalan provinsi yang rusak, maka anggota dewan di dapil tersebut harus ikut bertanggungjawab terhadap kerusakan tersebut,” tambah Joune Ganda diikuti tepukan para pendukung yang menyaksikan proses debat kandidat.

Joune Ganda menjelaskan, dalam proses membangun, JGKWL pada periode pertama selalu menetapkan skala prioritas.

“Infrastruktur adalah salah satu prioritas yang kita bangun di Minut. Tetap di periode pertama kami, kami melihat ada mandetori yang diwajibkan oleh pemerintah pusat untuk kita lakukan tetapi kami tetap berkomitmen untuk melakukan pembangunan infrastruktur dasar. Banyak pembangunan yang sudah kami bangun termasuk jalan, irigasi, termasuk pembangunan jaringan pipanisasi air dan SUTT listrik menuju ke Likupang. Kita berharap infrastruktur dasar ini akan menjadi motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi di Minut,” jelasnya.

Pembangunan infrastruktur yang telah dilakukan dibuktikan dari meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi (PE) masyarakat Minahasa Utara, dimana usai dihantam Covid-19, serta Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang melebihi rata-rata nasional.

“Pendidikan, ekonomi dan kesehatan. Ini prioritas kami yang kami wujudkan dalam setiap program kami untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat,” tutup Joune Ganda.
