Kerja Malendong Maurits Hasilkan Indeks Pembangunan Statistik Bitung Sepuluh Besar se-Indonesia

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Semboyan kerja melandong yang digaungkan Wali Kota Bitung, Maurits Mantiri kembali membuahkan hasil.

Kota Bitung melalui Surat Keputusan Badan Pusat Statistik Republik Indonesia Nomor: 605 tahun 2004 tentang Hasil Evaluasi Penyelengaraan Statistik Sektoral Pada Instansi Pusat dan Instansi Daerah 2024 masuk sepuluh besar Indonesia.

Berdasarkan surat itu, Kota Bitung berhasil meraih nilai tertinggi di Luar Pulau Jawa atas penilaian kepada 500 Kabupaten/kota se-Indonesia.

Hasil Evaluasi ini dilakukan kepada Wali Data dalam hal ini Dinas Kominfo, Bidang Kesekretariatan serta Konsumen data dari Organiasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Bitung.

Menurut Kepala Dinas Kominfo Kota Bitung, Theo Rompas, sebelumnya hasil evaluasi Kota Bitung hanya mendapatkan nilai 1.70 dengan kategori jelek.

“Bersyukur, atas arahan Wali Kota Bitung yang turun langsung, Kota Bitung bisa mencapai nilai 3.02, nilainya paling tinggi di Indonesia di luar Pulau Jawa, dengan 500 Kabupaten/Kota yang dievaluasi se-Indonesia,” kata Theo, Selasa (15/10/2024).

Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Bitung, Danny Salindeho mengatakan jika prestasi itu karena kontrol dari Wali Kota setiap waktu.

“Bapak (Wali Kota,Red) terus menerus mengontrol pengimputan data kami, sebab beliu tidak ingin kejadian tahun lalu terjadi,” kata Danny.

Sementara itu, Kepala BPS Kota Bitung, Simon Remiasa saat dikonfirmasi menjelaskan jika prinsip kerja malendong yang disampaikan Wali Kota Bitung sangat terasa dalam kerja statistik sehingga pencapaiannya bisa masuk sepuluh besar se-Indonesia..

“Kerjasama yang sangat baik dari seluruh pihak terkait di Pemerintah Kota Bitung juga menjadi kontribusi terbesar bagi keberhasilan Kota Bitung meraih prestasi membanggakan ini,” kata Simon.

Simon tidak menyangka nilai Indeks Pembangunan Statistik Kota Bitung bisa tertinggi tingkat Kabupaten/kota se-Indonesia di luar Pulau Jawa.

“Kalau tertinggi se-Sulut, saya optimis sekali karena melihat antusias dan dukungan semua instansi. Bahkan Pak Wali Kota tidak pernah berhenti menghimbau jajarannya untuk terus membangun data yang kuat dan berkualitas,” katanya.
